The otherwise lovely Katherine Heigl grins like she’s in an ad for the tobacco companies as the paparazzi snap her on Tuesday.

The Grey’s Anatomy actress, with the filthy habit she’s been photographed feeding publicly countless times, spent the day with her fiancee, musician Josh Kelley.

The pair are getting married December 23rd in Utah. T.R. Knight will be a bridesmaid.

Hopefully Katherine won’t light up in her wedding dress. And, if she does, we need to see that picture! How trashy!
