X-Files Returning To Fox Sooner Than You Might Have Thought!

Do you want to believe again?
Well it’s official! We’ve been patiently waiting for some official news ever since Fox announced they’re bringing X-Files back after leaving the airwaves back in 2002, and now we have an official airdate for its return!

The network made the announcement that it will be airing the first of the six-episode series event on Sunday January 24, 2016. For you sports fans out there, that’s the night they’re airing the NFC Championship Game too (go, sports!).
But for all you “believers” out there, you’re in for a treat the very next night when X-Files airs its second episode on what will be its normally scheduled night and time, Mondays at 8pm.
It’s confirmed that X-Files will bring back its series creator, Chris Carter along with stars David Duchovny as Fox Mulder, and Gillian Anderson as Dana Scully. We can’t wait! Are you as excited as we are?
