Life without some Britney insanity would be like sex without an orgasm – not as much fun!

Spears got herself a new Marcedes Benz SLK 350 delivered on Tuesday.

The former pop star took it out for a spin by herself and (as usual) madness ensued!

On the way home, a paparazzo gives her some “short cut” advice to get to her house at the Summit on Mulholland Drive through the mountains.

Britney gets scared. She says she’s “dizzy” and needs the help of a photog to turn her car around.

Then, when she gets back in the car, she asks another paparazzo to ride back home with her.

Oh, and it’s her first day with her new Benz and she’s already got it a mess.
