Megan Fox was out in Glendale yesterday looking like a Botticelli beauty!

The vixen traded in her usual straight hair for some lush waves and worked it in a stylish outfit.

And, that hideous tattoo is almost completely obstructed from this angle!

Andy Hallett, who played the character of Lorne on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer spin-off Angel, has passed away at the young age of 33.

Hallett suffered from "shortness of breath" at his home on Sunday night and was promptly rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The actor died later in the evening at 8:35 pm.

Andy is said to have been battling heart disease.

So sad.

Our thoughts go out to Hallett's family and friends.

Despite having a girlfriend that looks like poo poo dribbles and persistent rumors of having relationship problems, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are still together.

The "happy couple" was spotted Monday grabbing some lunch at the Beverly Glenn Deli near Los Angeles.

We're surprised the two of them are still together, really. Not as surprised that don't really have any careers!

Oh how sad. One of The Real Housewives of New York ("real" used with some license here) is getting divorced.

But this ain't any old Housewife! This is Countess LuAnn de Lesseps we're talking about here!

Look at that - Countess.

LuAnn has separated from her husband of 16 years, the Count Alexandre de Lesseps, but she won't be stripped of her title.

In a statement, the Countess said she and the Count "plan to remain friends and their primary focus will be to do what is best for their two children."

And, for some reason unbeknownst to us, a few of you really care about this.

On Wednesday Oprah will speak with ousted View member Star Jones regarding her rapid weight loss and its surrounding controversy.

The fur-loving former attorney argues that her gastric bypass surgery was not "an easy way out."

In the episode, which has already been taped, Star refers to her weight problem as an addiction, saying, "I was an addict for all practical purposes, that I had never stuck to a real diet, that I'd never stuck to a real exercise program, and that when confronted by my doctor and the doctor said if you don't make changes, you will die. I had no choice. … When you hear people say, oh, you took the easy way out, I would have longed for an easy way. It was not an easy way. It was this — the hardest struggle of my whole entire life and I still struggle."

We wonder what sort of wisdom The O will offer Star!

Madonna is adamant on proving that she's not bending the rules to adopt little Mercy James from Malawi!

Reports are coming out of Malawi that civil society groups and human rights activists in the African country are saying the adoption could be considered "child trafficking."

Uh, what???

Could you explain that to us, please?

Madonna's rep, Liz Rosenberg, pupued the groups' allegations stating the following:

"The adoption process for Mercy began over a year ago when Madonna met her on one of her visits to Malawi. The connection was instant and profound… Madonna's desire to adopt Mercy is totally heartfelt. She is not skirting any legal issues in her application to adopt this child and is looking to provide a loving family environment and the best education and health care possible for a child who has been in an orphanage since her birth."

Rosenberg also stated that the country of Malawi has given Madge "tremendous support" regarding the adoption, including the support of President Bingu Wa Mutharika.

Of course she has support!

Her Madgesty's palace is a much better environment to raise a child in than a Malawi orphanage, wouldn't you say???
