See ya, Casey Aldridge!

Jamie Lynn Spears is reportedly seeing a new OLDER man she met about a year ago named James Watson who owns a communications company in Louisiana.

James has 10 years on Jamie Lynn at 28, but a source says their relationship is going well. "They started dating last December," the source says. "I don't think James cares at all about who she is; they really seem to like each other."

James, who lives 35 miles south of Kentwood in Hammond, LA, owns Advanced Multimedia Partners, a company that installs communications equipment and hi-def TVs for large corporations.

But what about Casey, the father of 19-month-old Maddie?

"Even when she [Jamie Lynn] was pregnant, she didn't really see a future with him," says a friend close to Spears. "She only gave the impression of staying with him so long because it looked better in the eyes of the public."

Good for little Jamie-Lynn! We have to hand it to her — she's really been raising that baby out of the public eye.

We wonder what Maddie looks like these days!

A brilliant move on your part, Courtney Love.

Only hours after having a restraining order put against her by her daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, Courtney went back to her Facebook page to send another indirect message to her daughter.

This time, Courteney ranted about the role models in Frances life. (Ironic, huh?) She posted a small blurb talking about what she wanted for her daughter's future and what she didn't want. The assHole rocker wrote:

"There's not a whole lot I can do about it (guardianship). This is like a hand grenade got thrown into our lives and it's not Frances! I am angry at these people not Frances (sic). I'd just prefer she not become (sic) Jaimie L Spears, she should go be a writer or an artist which I support 100% but this is a circus and it pains me cos I know she hates it."

Interesting, coming from the ringleader of this circus!

We don't think you have that much to worry about, Love. Your daughter has already shown more skills in good decision making in the last week than you have in the last 30 years. Needless to say, we don't think your opinions are warranted or wanted.

But since we're on the topic, where is Jaimie Lynn? How's that bastard baby doing?

Baby Maddie is growing up so fast!

Her daddy, Casey Aldridge is still in the hospital. And before his awful car accident, girlfriend Jamie Lynn Spears was in Los Angeles with the fam.

Jamie Lynn, daughter Maddie, and Lynn Spears were spotted hustling through LAX airport on Friday.

Babies holding babies is always such a strange sight!

More details on the car accident involving Jamie Lynn Spears' baby daddy, Casey Aldridge, have come out!

The father of Maddie has been charged with "careless operation of a motor vehicle" after the accident early Sunday morning in Louisiana!

Aldridge was driving his truck with four other passengers in tow, not two as previously speculated, when Aldridge swirved into a ditch. Casey tried to quickly turn back onto the road which in turn caused the truck to flip over!!

Casey and two other passengers were ejected from Aldridge's truck, but Aldridge was the only one whose injuries required immediate medical attention.

Aldridge is still being treated at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss. for "moderate injuries" he suffered in the crash. He did not require surgery, as had previously reported. But he did suffer a stress fracture at his hairline and is being observed in the ICU.

Casey is said to be alert, though, and talking to friends and family, including Jamie Lynn, whose been at his side.

Police don't have any reason to believe that alcohol was a factor in the crash.

Our thoughts continue to go out to his family and friends!

Oh, no!!!!!

Multiple reports state that Casey Aldridge, the father of Jamie Lynn Spears' daughter, Maddie, was rushed to the emergency room this weekend after being involved in a bad car accident.

Casey is in a Jackson, Mississippi, hospital after a serious wreck Saturday night. Jamie Lynn is at his side.

Aldridge was driving home from a fishing trip in Amite Counts, MS, when he wrecked his Ford F150 with two male pals in the car, one of whom broke his collar bone.

According to one report, Casey has a blood clot near his brain and is about to undergo surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Our thoughts go out to him and his family!

Finally, someone knocked some sense into Jamie Lynn Spears.

Reports from earlier this year claimed that the underage mom would be marrying that sperm donor of hers, Casey Aldridge.

But, friends of the younger Spears are now saying she's had a change of heart.

Thankfully!

A source tells Ok! magazine which is in tight with the Spear clan, “The wedding’s off. They are still in love, living together and very happy, but they have no plans to get married. Jamie Lynn has everything she wants and feels no need for a ring and piece of paper.”

That's probably the smartest thing Jamie Lynn has done so far!

The mag also claims that the teenaged mom plans to leave her acting career behind her.

The source says, “She has told friends and family she’s never coming back to Hollywood. She feels that part of her life is over. Jamie Lynn enjoyed every minute of doing Zoey, but since she’s had Maddie, her life has changed completely. She’s happy being a real hands-on Southern mother and hopes to continue that for years to come with Casey right by her side. Jamie Lynn knows she needs to make a living when she grows older, so she’s already discussing her career options with advisers. She wants Maddie to grow up in comfort.”

Take your time Jamie Lynn.

Jamie Lynn Spears seems to have moved on from that cheating scandal involving her babydaddy, Casey Aldridge, whom allegedly had been cheating on Spears with 28 year-old attention seeker Kelli Dawson.

Dawson even spoke out publicly about her sexual relationship with Casey and how shitty things were between Spears and him.

Aldridge spoke out himself about the "rumors" - denying them, of course.

And now, despite all their drama, In Touch Weekly is reporting that the "happy couple" is moving forward plans to marry.

Spears is even said to have already ordered the invitations. She's also supposedly chosen a Monique Lhuillier gown.

Oh, and as for the classy wedding cake, it's going to be a three-tiered chocolate creation.

No specific date for the wedding is said to have been set.

According to a new federal report, Mississippi is the state with the highest rate of teen pregnancy in America.

Mississippi's rate was more than 60 percent higher than the national average in 2006.

Last September, babymomma Jamie Lynn Spears arrived at Los Angeles International Airport greeted by a storm of overeager paparazzi. And, in an attempt to protect the young mom from any harm, police used a "decoy Jamie Lynn" (some random chick on the same flight that sorta looked like her) to throw off the paps.

Well, now the woman who was used as the "decoy" is suing the LAX Police Department for damages, suggesting that she was used as a decoy without her consent.

Adessa Eskeridge and her attorney, R.J. Molligan, claim Adessa was “not given any details as to the nature of the task or of the potential danger involved. She simply followed the instructions of the police as most good citizens would do.”

And in her filing they allege that the LAX police “did not want to subject Ms. Spears to the pushing, shoving, humiliation and possible physical injury that come with the paparazzi, but instead decided that Ms. Eskeridge was not important enough to give the same protections to.”

Her attorney claims she was “never informed that upon deplaning, she would be mobbed by the paparazzi, that she would be in fear of her well-being, that her picture would be taken, (and) that video of her would be all over the Internet.” Adding that she was “deceived and manipulated” by the police and claims she has “suffered and continues to suffer great humiliation” as a result of that day.

Riiiight. Who is this chick again?

Adessa and her attorney are calling the incident a "false arrest" and say she is “willing to consider a reasonable and fair settlement that fully compensates her for the humiliation, fear and harassment that she has been subjected (to) at the hands of LAX-PD.”

Since when is $2 millions a reasonable amount?

Of course the LAX PD declined to comment.
