Seems like Brit Brit has found herself a new sidekick.

And just in time!

Spears is going to have to submit herself to the unpleasant task of being deposed by Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent-Kaplan, this morning.

Kaplan has been trying to get Unfitney under oath for about a year.

Depositions can take up to a few days and Brit will be subjected to countless unpleasant questions.

We sure hope it's videotaped!

Unless the rules regarding depositions are VASTLY different in Cali than they are most everywhere else, depositions are limited in time to a few hours, unless both parties agree to extend.

I work in the legal community in LA and we do depositions all the time. Her lawyer will just object every time the opposing counsel turns around. They will do all they can to circumvent unwanted and unflattering questions or incriminating answers. Her attorney's only problem is her client is a lose canon and she needs to be able to control her which no one else seems to be able to do. As to the video, didn't the commissioner already rule on that and quash any video depo. I do believe you yourself reported that along with others.
