The otherwise lovely Katherine Heigl grins like she's in an ad for the tobacco companies as the paparazzi snap her on Tuesday.
The Grey's Anatomy actress, with the filthy habit she's been photographed feeding publicly countless times, spent the day with her fiancee, musician Josh Kelley.
The pair are getting married December 23rd in Utah. T.R. Knight will be a bridesmaid.
Hopefully Katherine won't light up in her wedding dress. And, if she does, we need to see that picture! How trashy!

Thank you for pointing out the nasty habit that is smoking. I know kids (well, middle schoolers anyway) visit your website and they could be smokers. Unlike almost everyone else posting here, I will own up to the fact that yes, I do smoke, I smoke a lot actually but no, I am really, really, really not proud of it. Smoking is a personal thing, its is a very intimate addiction and arriving at the right point to quit is not easy. I am struggling with it, struggling a lot and from where I am sitting, I can honestly say that EXCESSIVE-INSANE-OVER- THE-TOP-ANTI-SMOKING Rants don't fucking help anyone!
