Kathy Griffin just shot herself in the foot!
A contender to be one of the new View co-hosts, the comedienne is talking smack about Barbara Walters.
Why would you trash someone that’s your potential future employer????
“I’ll just say that Barbara Walters is a very complicated woman,” says Griffith. “I like her but she doesn’t get me at all. She doesn’t even have any pretense of getting me. I don’t play up to her or anybody because I don’t know how. My mother is always yelling at me to kiss ass! I’m really trying to learn. I wish I could tell you, ‘I know how to get Barbara Walters into the palm of my hand.’ But I just don’t have that ability. That’s why I always get into trouble.”

Maybe that’s why Ellen doesn’t want you on her show???
Barbara recently told me, ‘They think that we’re very good together.’ I answered, ‘Yeah, Barbara we’re like a very fucked-up buddy cop movie.’ That sums up our relationship,” she says.
Well, at least Kathy’s not desperate for work. She doesn’t need The View.
We hear she may be headlining at Madison Square Garden in NYC soon. Not too shabby!
