Team Kevin strikes again!
Britney's former assistant of a few weeks, Shannon Funk, was just handed a subpoena to testify in the ongoing custody battle between Spears and Federline, sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com.
Under the direction of K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan and executed by legal processor Aaron Cohen, the unfortunately named Funk was handed her court summons Tuesday night at Long Beach airport as she arrived from her Jet Blue flight from JFK.
Shannon, who signed a confidentiality agreement prohibiting her from speaking about her time with Spears, was in New York "hanging out" with the people from OK! magazine, sources tell us.
