Poor Michael Jackson. It seems the original King of Pop is still broke, broke, broke!
In an attempt to make some extra cash, MJ is putting up for auction his belongings, including the iconic glittery glove from the ’80s.
According to Julien’s Auctions, Michael’s glove, which he unveiled with his 1983 Billie Jean, will be will be a part of a five-day auction next year.
Jackson will also be auctioning the gates that once led to his famed Neverland Ranch along with over 2,000 other personal items.
Sad. What went wrong with him?
This is why people need to have good accountants and business managers!
Jackon’s items will be on display before the auction date of April 21, 2009.
People will be able to bid in person and online.
And the rest of us will be able to watch the sale as it’ll be broadcast live on the Auction Network. Who knew that network even existed?
Jacko will also be donating a “portion” of the proceeds to a charitable organization founded by the Recording Academy to help musicians in need.
So the money will be going back to him?
Maybe it’s time for Jacko to “write” a tell-all book? We’d buy his book if it contained real and juicy info!
