A bum was spotted on the beach in Miami!
Actually, it's Jared Leto.
Even though everyone around him was wearing bathing suits, Leto decided to go dressed like THAT.
Since when did it get so cold in Miami?
We think the only place people would think Leto looks good dressed like that is in foreign countries, where for some reason he still has a handful of fans.
