It's Official!

The National Enquirer and Star magazines jointly broke the news of Owen Wilson's alleged suicide.
Well, it's no longer alleged.
TV's Extra has confirmed that Wilson did try and take his own life, and they have official documentation to prove it.
Extra has obtained the Calls for Service report from the Santa Monica Police Department, which lists the reason for the 911 call from Owen Wilson’s house as an “attempted suicide.”
The call was received on Sunday, August 26 at 12:08:16 p.m. The incident was “cleared” almost five hours later at 5:07:16pm.
There is still no clear motive for the attempted suicide, though numerous theories run rampant.
Thankfully Owen is in good condition now and hopefully he will get the mental health help that he needs going forward.

I think you should lead the charge of reporters/bloggers with topics not allowed to exploit and make suicide one of them. I think you should only put messages of support for Owen on the site and avoid delving into any of the other information around it. He obviously needs help and support and as most of us know, depression is a serious mental illness and should not be made light of or gossiped about. Start the trend man!

I love this guy. As a Black woman I often don't identify with certain aspects of White culture (comedy being one of them) but this guy was/is FUNNY and seems so sweet and crazy. Like someone I'd want to know in real life. He seemed like the last person in the world who would do this. I guess you can't judge a book by it's cover. My heart goes out to him and I hope that he realizes life is indeed worth living.

I think he realized that he was just another UGLY guy that Kate has slept with and he decided to end it all.
