Tim Allen Welcomes Second Child

Congrats to Tim Allen, who welcomed his second child on Saturday!
The shockingly normally-named Elizabeth is Allen’s first baby with wife Jane. He has a 19-year-old daughter from a previous marriage.
According to Allen’s publicist, everyone is happy and healthy.
