Despite an impending custody and money battle, it had been confirmed that Debbie Rowe would be attending Michael Jackson’s memorial on Tuesday.
In fact, she was said to have VIP seats.
Rowe’s camp claims she and MJ were friends for almost two decades before they got married, so it only makes sense for her to attend.
However, as of 2:15 PM Eastern on Monday, MSNBC just announced a quote from Rowe that she will NOT attend the memorial because she doesn’t want to take away the attention from Michael.
Mmmhmmmm.
Was she even invited in the first place?
