The Jolie-Pitts are packing up and moving out of New York City!
As Brad finished his last day of shooting on Thursday, Angelina picked up Maddox from the Lycee Francais, where it looks like he got a farewell present from his classmates!
Angelina is carrying a memory book that the school made for Maddox.
We're not sure if the parents of the kids at the school are gonna be happy that the paparazzi are gone or sad that they will no longer get to gawk at Brange!
Where is the first family of Hollywood headed to next????

Putting a kid in and out of various schools is a great way to ensure your kid won't know crap. If she's going to live the gypsy life, then she should hire tutors or something.

where is the stability here..alot of change for these little people when they need the security stability of ,routine their own room, bed, friends..just not too sure if this is in their best interest. look at child development studies that try to avoid all these distruptions Sure they get the best of the best but K.IS.S. and a little tradtonal. they certainly are well traveled and well rounded but again just not sure it benefits their sense of "security" hard to growing up with all that change. I know all that moving around takes it's tole on kids, even adults..settle in you guys.

Poor kids, they have no stability in their lives. They are going to grow up with no foundation. I was an airforce brat and I went to 10 different schools. As a child I always felt like I did not belong and I never wanted to get close to anyone because I knew I would be moving soon.
They need to take care of their kids before they try to save the world.

this is me going on a limb here, but i'm pretty sure that the whole family is relatively well adjusted. i'm sure that brad and angelina took the time to explain to the kids what the deal is with the moving around and the fucking paparazzi. besides, if maddox wants to see his friend jimbob, i'm sure angelina could arrange for a private jet to pick his friend up and have him stay at their mansion for the weekend.
BTW, i don't see their moving around alot any different than a military family. granted, there's more paparazzi, but you get my point. they are a unique family.

Children need stability and an opportunity to bond with constant friends who get to know them as regular people and not as visiting celebs. The fact that Brad and Angelina parade their poor parenting decisions in front of the world proves that they are, in fact, still playing house, still ridiculously self-involved, and still unaware of the fact that children are people and not fashion accessories put in place to spruce up one's image.

Well that kinds sucks.. poor kid probably just started making friends there and now he's got to leave everyone. Brad and Angelina don't have to keep working.. they're set for life, instead the choose to work and bounce the poor kids from place to place. I'm sure having famous parents has it's perks, but the kids should be allowed to be kids and have some normalcy and satbility in their lives.
I moved many a times when I was growing up but seriously, it wasn't all that bad. My parents often took me on short trips during school yr as well but it didn't hurt my grades or my friendships. I made new friends in each school and many of them I still keep in touch with. It's a learning experience and to be quite honest, I never envied kids who lived in one neighborhood their entire lives. Usually, it was the other way around. Madd, Z, Shiloh, Pax, they're all probably having the time of their lives so don't knock it til you've tried it.

Academic school is not summer camp. You are supposed to finish one semester or quarter so you can at least complete some courses and transfer credits to other schools. What the hell does she think she is doing? She keeps interrupt the kid's learning.
They're moving to L.A. According to the Carmel Pine Cone, Angelina Jolie is starring in a Clint Eastwood directed film. It starts shooting in a week, and it will be filming at Universal Studios and all around L.A.

If you really love your adopted children and just want to enjoy their company and raise them to become good people, you don't parade them around and sell your family photos to magazines over and over. It's like the kids have to be paraded around as paying back to the adopted parents.

Travelling broadens the mind & those kids will have an amazing upbringing around the world. Putting them into schools short term just allows them to have contact with other kids. Constantly making new friends will give them great communication skills growing up.

I grew up changing schools every year because of my parents job and it really fucks you up. Poor kids.
This is so cruel. Angelina and Brad think they are doing a good thing by exposing the children to sp many different environments, but in reality, they have no stability and no opportunity to socialize in any real way and make any friends that will last for more than 3 months. It must be so unsettling for the children. They have no opportunity to learn socialization and friendship on any real level outside of their immediate family which will eventually lead to trepidation and mistrust.
I dont understand the hate toward Angelina. At least she is doing some good in world and not being a totally self-centered twat like Britney/Lindsay and Paris. To me she comes across as sincere and does love her children deeply. I do wish Brad and Angie wouldn't move around so much to give the children more stability.

Angelina and brad would help orphaned children even more by contributing to an orphanage. They will then at least be in a "stable" environment. They will have their group of friends, rooms, etc… At that very young age changing school that often is very stressful for the child. It would have been nice to have at least let him finish his school year. they should hire a tutor and homeschool.
Further, if they homeschool the children at least they wont' have the stress of making friends, etc… and have a stable environment at home. I further believe they should move to cambodia. live with less papz following them around and the children could have their friends and live a "normal life".

I have three boys who have recently moved to a different school as we moved house. It was heart breaking seeing them leave their friends on the last day of school. For weeks afterwards all they did was ask when they were going to see them again. Maddox must be so confused.

How good is it for Maddox to be moved from school to school? I have adult friends who moved around a lot (military, transfers, etc.) who complain that they went to x number of schools in x years. What if Maddox made a friend or two at this school he really liked? It's probably OK at his age, but the older he gets the harder it is for him. I wonder if he'd be better off home-schooled for the time being with the same tutors who could travel with the family? There would be academic consistency that way, and they could hire french-speaking teachers.

Although I do agree with your comments regarding the Jolie-Pitts, you shouldn't visit an "American" site if you are going to insult us. There are ignorant people regardless of race, gender or nationality. If you claim to be worldly, you would know these kind of stereotypes and insults are not productive and it only proves your own intelligence or the lack there of.
Kids are flexible. As long as there is love in the home, the activities (school,sports, arts etc) can be changed with little stress to a child. Do you worry about a child who goes to summer camp away from home? NO you don't. Because we view it as a learning experience. In Maddox's case, his HOME (where he, his parents,& siblings are) is traveling with him. The location he is in as long as his parents are with him and loving him is not the most important issue. The paps have documented the quality time Angie and Brad spend with their children so worry about other children that are being ignored and abused, not the children of Angelina and Brad. They are blessed.
