Britney Spears has reportedly failed a drug test.
But, here's the best part, her camp is trying to spin this by saying that the test was a false positive and a bad reading.
Brit and K-Fed's lawyers are scheduled to go back in court this Wednesday and then again on November 26th.
Hey, since Spears is paying for Federline's legal bills, he's putting his attorneys to good use!

Actually there IS such a thing as a false positive. Just as there are such things as a false negative. it all depends on the actual test cassette they used to test her. NO lab test is 100% specific(testing for a certain substance) and 100% sensitive(detecting a certain level of the substance). Most have something like 95% on one and 70% or so on the other. A VERY few tests are 99% specific but then their sensitivity is usually pretty low. Or a test can be very sensitive but has a low specificity meaning that substances that have a similar molecular shape to the drug being tested for can also cause a positive.

Melissa Aikens, I saw the whole video. It does in fact, show the court monitor bending down low, to avoid being photographed at that intersection. While stopped at that intersection, the court monitor is the one who told Britney to "Go! Go! Go!" through the red light. Not sure if the monitor was aware that it was red at that time or not, but she was there and gave Britney the command. Is that her job? Certainly not and I hope Commish Gordon has her removed from the case or fired completely.
