Lindsay In Jail For 84 Minutes!

Such a lucky break!
Lindsay Lohan checked herself into the Lynwood jail on Thursday. The same facility where Paris Hilton spent almost a month.
Lohan was sentenced to serve 24 hours in jail, but ended up spending barely an hour and a half in the facility.
This is it. This is her get out of jail free pass.
If she fucks up again, they need to throw the book at her! She will have to serve serious time!
Lohan has already been arrested for DUI twice.
She still has to serve her community service, though.
Lindsay has a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving!!!

TO ANYONE WHO DOESNT UNDERSTAND THE CALIFORNIA JAIL PROBLEM!!! :: look i highly doubt they locked her up for a small time out and figured she learned her lesson. California and Southern California especially has a serious problem with the jails. THEIR WAY TOO FULL. argue on me all you want on this but bcuz there is so many people here in california locked up and theres only so many jails…they get full FAST, especially around holiday times when people are getting arrested more. at times they usually just put roll out cots in the hallways and even then it gets too full! so dont be sayin she got off cuz shes a star ive known plenty of people who have gotten arrested and went to county and got releasd a few hours later bcuz there was just absolutely no room. Socal needs to build a couple more jails.

I had a friend killed a few years back that was hit by a drunk driver…it happened to be his 4th DWI and he had no jail time served on any of the priors. It really is not that uncommon. I'm from Vegas and you hear about it all the time.

I know people who spend 30 days in jail from just one DUI, a 2nd DUI where the person was driving recklessly with cocaine in their jean pocket should of gotten no less than 6 months in jail. It's sickening how these little starlets get away with so much - especially b/c it's half of the reason why they keep messing up. Maybe if a judge would grow some balls and actually put them away for awhile they would straighten up. Thank goodness for Lindsay that she made the right decision, but many other stars definately aren't so lucky.
