Madonna is becoming quite the entrepreneur!

First, she opened up the Hard Candy Fitness center in Mexico City, and now the pop singer wants to buy stake in The Aura Group, which owns several nightclubs such as Aura Mayfair - the london hotspot she was recently spotted partying at with her boyfriend, Brahim Zaibas.

Madonna has reportedly become a regular visitor to the exclusive club and plans to put her own spin on the venue. A source says, "Madonna sees it as a natural move. She has ambitious plans."

If she does get into the nightclub business, she'll be rivals with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie, who owns The Punchbowl pub in the same city.

Nothing like a little healthy competition!

We have a feeling Madonna's nightclub will probably be a bit more successful, dontcha think?

Big step!

Things have taken a turn to the serious side for Guy Ritchie and his girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley. According to the model, she has recently moved in with Madonna's ex-husband at his London Home. Jacqui confessed to Tatler Magazine:

"I’m living with Guy in Marylebone (London). I don’t think there was really an official moment - no huge conversation or anything strange - we just wanted to spend time together and I was there all the time and evenings after work, so it just kind of happened."

That's nice, actually. Letting the relationship grow organically like that. We totes approve.

Jacqui was then asked if she and Guy are ready to take even more serious steps in their relationship and while she wouldn't say that they are, she did explain her desire to take those steps one day:

"I’ve known since I was very little that I want to be a mummy and I want to have kids. Family is so important to me and obviously I think about it, but I’m still fairly young and I don’t want to rush things. I want everything to happen organically."

And so, we think, it will for you and Guy, which would be simply wonderful for you both.

Aren't they already in production?

You'd think that they'd have this figured out by now!

Rachel McAdams recently revealed that although she played a leading role as Robert Downey Jr.'s love interest in Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes, she's not even sure if she'll be included in the film's sequel!

She explains:

"It's kind of all still in the process. They're still doing script work, and we'll see. If I do, it won't be a very big thing. It's not a lead part."

Hm. That doesn't sound too promising to us.

Probably a round-a-bout way of saying no!

Too bad! We really liked her in the first one!

Madonna may be a New York gal again, but the singer's heart is in London and desperately wants to move back with her children.

The problem is now that she's divorced from Guy Ritchie, she is no longer a British citizen by marriage and will have to apply for a visa "like everyone else."

A source says:

"Madonna has loved being back in the States since the divorce, but England is where she feels her heart is now. She is deliberately focusing on work that will keep her in Britain. She has had meetings with her ­London legal team, Mishcon de Reya, to arrange a visa that will enable her to move back for good…The other children will ­automatically gain visas as ­Madonna’s dependants as long as she can get past the ­paperwork.

The past couple of years have been the breath of fresh air Madonna needed after her divorce, but she is now ready to embrace the British lifestyle again."

Guy is reportedly "thrilled" at the idea that the children will be closer to him again as he "misses the kids desperately and can’t wait to spend more time with them."

And even though she gave the former couple's country estate, Ashcombe House to Guy in the divorce settlement, she still has owns a 10-bedroom home in Marylebone, West London.

Who is the most fabulous expatriate in all of England?

Madonna previously lived in London with ex-hubby Guy Ritchie, and now she has bought a new home in Cornwall, which is located by Great Britain’s southwestern peninsula.

It appears that she’s been living there discreetly for six months now, but her low-profile was blown when a housing association in Cornwall made an announcement about Madge being the “latest celebrity to move in.”

Why did Madonna decide to relocate? A source had the following to say on the subject:

“Guy says she talks about their home in Wiltshire, the kids and their friends in London — she seems quite nostalgic for her old life.”

And more from the source:

“Madonna just feels quite alone. The person she spends most time with is [daughter] Lourdes but she’s desperate for more adult company.”

We hope you enjoy yourself out there and meet good adult company, but if not, we’d be happy to welcome you back to the U.S. with very wide open arms.

Daniel Day Lewis! (Sorry Brad! We know you were up for this, but he's going to MAKE this movie!)

In a brilliant casting move, sources are suggesting that Guy Ritchie has chosen Daniel to play Sherlock Holmes' nemesis Professor Moriarty in the upcoming sequel to the flick.

We love when good decisions are made and this is definitely a good decision. Danny boy doesn't just do any old movie. He's the picky kind, so for him to sign on to this means it's worth our his time.

Wow, we're going to hope that this rumor comes to fruition, because he's literally the ONLY other person that we'd want to see in that role!

Sources are claiming that director Guy Ritchie, who is putting the finishing touches on the script of his sequel to Sherlock Holmes, is reaching out to none other than Daniel Day-Lewis to take on the role of villianous Professor Moriarty!

The character was seen briefly in the original as a shadowy figure. For a while, we were hearing rumblings that Brad Pitt was set to play him, but if Lewis is up for the part, then we're not going to complain!

Every role he plays instantly becomes awesome!
