This is really sad to hear.

So is this one bigger and better?
Well, it's certainly bigger, as it was split up into multiple performances throughout the night. And it all started (above) with the Legendary Roots Crew, along with Erykah Badu and Bilal.
Erykah was subdued and surprisingly forgettable doing The Ballad Of Dorothy Parker… Bilal, on the other hand, really brought the spirit of the Purple One to the stage with his performance of The Beautiful Ones.
Next up, Tori Kelly joined Stevie Wonder — who interestingly enough was also in Her Madgesty's BBMAs tribute — for a performance of Take Me With U.
It was just OK… but then Jennifer Hudson took the stage and showed everyone how paying tribute is DONE.

We weren't ready for that jelly!
We've been seeing a lot of Anthony Anderson throughout the 2016 BET Awards — and as the night went on, we saw a whole new side of the Black-Ish star!
Before introducing the next act, the actor turned around to reveal he was actually wearing assless pants!
Like the good sport he is, Anderson even gave his booty a little wiggle for good measure! Work it!
Ch-ch-check out the bootylicious moment (above)!
Well, that clears up that paternity claim!
Last month, the 39-year-old came out of the woodwork to file a paternity claim against the late legend's estate, saying that his momma, Marsha Henson, got pregnant after supposedly sleeping with the artist in 1976.
But after taking a DNA test, sources say the results showed a 0.0% chance that the Kansas City resident is the icon's kid.
However, Carlin — who is currently locked up on a gun possession charge — isn't the only person claiming to be the hitmaker's offspring, and deserving of a piece of his vast fortune.
A woman named Taz Walker is also saying Prince is her father, but we don't know the results of her DNA test just yet.
Even though we're only halfway through the year, we absolutely can't believe how many celebs we've lost already in 2016!
Though we now know a TON of info regarding the death, the Purple Rain artist's protégée Judith Hill recently opened up to the New York Times regarding her relationship with the legendary rocker as well as what went down the night the entertainer's plane had to make an emergency landing!
When describing her relationship to the When Doves Cry singer, Hill made sure to express her platonic love for the late musician saying:
On Saturday, Donatella Versace unveiled unreleased music by The Artist during her Milan Fashion Week show. The designer played an 11-minute mix during the Versace Men's Spring Summer 2017 runway, featuring a new song by the late legend.
Apparently, the fashionista and the icon were good friends, and he used to send her music quite a bit before his untimely passing.
However, if the songsmith gifted it to her, it's possible the 61-year-old didn't actually need approval to play the music after all.
Ch-ch-check it out — at 5:30 — in the video (below):
We may even have MORE of his music!
According to lawyers involved with the late singer's entertainment assets, they've developed a plan to release A TON of unheard music sooner than later. Apparently the icon has "vaults full" of precious melodies and tracks to last DECADES.
Per the New York Post, the Minnesota native's longtime lawyer and manager L. Londell McMillan will work with Charles Koppelman to ensure the music sees the light of day. In fact, the two think a MUSICAL might be possible!
Koppelman gushed over the exciting development:
Queen Elizabeth II definitely likes to celebrate her birthday!
On Friday Kate Middleton, along with her husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry, donned her Sunday best while attending Queen Elizabeth II's birthday service at St. Paul Cathedral in London. FABOOSH!
The mother of two looked particularly royal in a pale blue Catherine Walker number, a white Jane Taylor hat, and an elegant loose up-do. Kate and co. were joined by
