Eric Trump Tried Really, Really Hard To Defend Donald's 'Pocahontas' Slur — And It Was A Total Fail!

As we reported, Donald Trump couldn't help but throw out a racial slur yesterday when he referred once again to Elizabeth Warren as "Pocahontas" — while honoring Navajo WWII veterans in the White House. Idiot.

After POTUS received a ton of backlash from basically everyone in America, his second son, Eric Trump, tried to step in to defend his father — but it made no sense at all!

Eric tried to point out the "irony" of an ABC employee calling Donald's slur offensive when they belong to an organization "whose parent company Disney has profited nearly half a billion dollars on the movie Pocahontas."

Greta Gerwig is all of us.

On Monday, the Lady Bird director stopped by Seth Meyers' Late Night and opened up about how she got Alanis Morissette, Dave Matthews, and Justin Timberlake to license their music for her film. And, despite being a celebrated artist herself, Miz Gerwig fangirled like crazy in her letters to the A-listers.

In all three letters, Greta praised the musicians for their musical genius — let's just say it's utter perfection. However, the note that stood out to us the most was definitely the one Gerwig penned for Timberlake. Not only did she tell the pop sensation that his music corresponded with her "very awkward puberty," but she also informed him that she "pretty much wouldn't be an adult without" him.

In the latest issue of PEOPLE, the Jagged Little Pill singer opens up about her struggles with postpartum depression, which she first experienced after giving birth to her now-6-year-old son Ever Imre.

Sadly, after welcoming daughter Onyx Solace 14 months ago, the musician is still struggling with the illness, and even experienced it "seconds later" after delivering her baby girl.

Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill Musical Is Coming In 2018!

Alanis Morissette musical is in the works!

You oughta know that Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill musical is in the works!

The singer revealed plans for adapting her iconic 1995 album into a musical back in 2013, and now it looks like it's getting closer and closer to being a reality. In fact, it's set for its debut in May 2018 at the American Repertory Theater in Cambridge, Massachusetts!

Juno's Diablo Cody is working with Alanis to flesh out a story about "a modern and multi-generational family and their complex dynamics, touching on issues of gender identity and race."

Ironic, You Oughta Know, and Hand In My Pocket are definitely going to be in the repertoire, with other hits from later albums also being included.

We already know the music is great, so it'll be interesting to see how it translates to the stage.

The singer‘s ex-manager Jonathan Schwartz was sentenced to six years in prison on Wednesday, after he admitted to embezzling a shit ton of money from the Ironic songstress, along with other clients for a total of over $6.5 million.

Happy this case is finally over!

Alanis Morissette's former business manager is just now apologizing for stealing nearly $5 MILLION from her account!

As we previously reported, Jonathan Schwartz admitted to stealing from the Ironic songstress, along with other clients for a total of over $6.5 million. He has since pleaded guilty and is expected to be sentenced May 3.

Now, the thieving manager is trying to make amends by explaining what led him to steal in an open letter published on The Hollywood Reporter's site.
