It has been reported that Charlize Theron has given up her role in the new thriller The Tourist and is being replaced by none other than Angelina Jolie! No offense to Charlize, but this flick just kind of screams for Angie to be in it. The role is described as "one-part seductress, one-part action", which no one does better than Angie.

The movie is a remake of a French thriller and follows an Interpol agent (played by Angie) who manipulates an American tourist and former lover (played by Sam Worthington) who is suspected of being a global criminal.

Yeah, let Angelina take this one Charlize. You go do Hancock 2. You need to finish one crappy franchise before you can get another.

It's the twins!!!!!!!!

Brad and Ange brought Knox and Vivienne along for an ice cream outing in Amman, Jordan!

"They were walking down the street and saw our shop. Brad stopped and said, 'Do you guys have ice cream?' I said 'Are you kidding? Of course!'"said Ihab Fakhouri, co-owner of Licky Licious in Amman.

Fakhouri snapped the quick pic of Pitt and Jolie with the 14-month-old tots, while the Pitt-Jolies picked out their flavors.

Brad and Vivenne ended up with pecan, caramel and vanilla, while Angie and Knox grubbed on some mango ice cream, which Knox "loved," according to Fakhouri.

So so cute!

Angelina Jolie traveled to Syria as a Goodwill Ambassador for the UN Refugee Agency with Brad Pitt to raise awareness of the Iraqi refugees residing there.

They visited two refugee families in one of the poorest suburbs of capital city Damascus as well as meeting with President Bashar al-Assad and his wife Asma. Angie says:

"Most Iraqi refugees cannot return to Iraq in view of the severe trauma they experienced there, the uncertainty linked to the coming Iraqi elections, the security issues and the lack of basic services. They will, therefore, be in need of continued support from the international community."

Syria is making great strides in making sure health care and education is available to the refugees.

The two of them were visiting Iraqi refugees in Syria, just outside Damascus.

Santa Angelina is dedicated to her cause!

Jolie, who holds the title of a UN Goodwill Ambassador, traveled to Kenya this weekend to help draw attention to the overcrowding problem in refugee camps.

Camps for refugees of Somalia opened in 1991 - only built to accommodate 90,000 refugees. The camps currently hold 285,000 people, with that number growing every month.

Ange visited the camp in Dadaab on Saturday to speak with the Somalian refugees, hoping to discover a solution to the issue at hand.

So inspiring!

Look-a-like actresses Angelina Jolie and Megan Fox are both vying for the title role in the remake of Barbarella.

HOT!

Apparently Fox's quick rise to stardom is making Ange nervous, not to mention the 11-year age gap between them!

"Ange is really feeling the pressure," says an insider. "Ange knows that to win roles she has to look youthful."

The 1968 film originally starred Jane Fonda as the sci-fi fantasy bombshell.

It's a tough call, ladies. You're both fierce!

Think your pet has a good life? Well, think again!

Brad Pitt has just dumped $82,000 on a custom home for his kids' gerbils.

What!? We understand loving your pet, but this is a little extreme! That's enough to buy a home for an actual person in some places!!!

The lucky gerbils were picked out by Maddox and Pax last month, when their parents took them to a local pet store in France.

An onlooker says "The boys were really keen to get the gerbils and it was Angelina who reached into the cage to pet them before a store worker got them out."

Angie touching a rodent!? Where were the paparazzi on this one?

The swanky gerbil digs will include tunnels, platforms, seesaws and mazes, which will go in the family's mansion in the South of France.

The design was overseen by the kids and Brad. According to a source "Brad pores over architectural journals…he had so much fun putting the run together with his kids…"

Sounds like some good father/kid bonding to us. Who else can say they helped design a gerbil house with their father?

Or better yet, what gerbil can say they live with the Jolie-Pitts!?

We're beginning to think that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt don't quite remember the true meaning of "normal" anymore. No kid we've ever known has grown up in a French chateau, especially one worth almost $74 million!!!!

That's right! They've dropped almost three-quarters of a $100 million on this place!!!

As we understand it, this dream home is the 17th-century chateau they've been leasing for the past few year. It is set on 1,000 acres of property in Provence, France.

Brange intend to renovate all 35 BEDROOMS and include an abundance of modern marvels, such as jacuzzis, a spa complete with steam rooms,a new gym, an expanded wine cellar, a helicopter landing pad, and and even a motorbike track for Daddy Brad!

The Jolie-Pitts insist they want to bring their kids up in the area as they feel it is safer and will prove to give them a more normal life. We guess with neighbors like Johnny Depp and Bono, they really will be escaping all the hype of Hollywood!

The more the merrier is Brad and Angie's motto!

Shortly after arriving in France on Thursday, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie took their sons, Maddox and Pax, to a local pet store in Brignoles.

The ever expanding brood can now add gerbils, goldfish and a cactus to their worldly family!

Angelina reached into the cage to pick out the new pets, while Brad perused the aisles stocking up on supplies and a cage for the new additions.

We hope the kidz will be taking care of their little friends and not the help!

Responsibility will keep the kiddies sane!
