Oh all kinds of yay!

We've been bummed for Ashley Tisdale ever since Hellcats ended. Well, really we've been bummed for us, because it meant we wouldn't get to spend at least one night a week with our favorite High School Musical girlie. (One guess at who's our fave Wildcat boytoy! LOLZ)

That's why were are thrilled to announced that ABC has decided to pick up The Tiz's latest multi-cameria sitcom, Under Construction. Starring and co-executive producing via her Blondie Girls Prod. company, Ashley's show is a semi-autobiographical comedy about a girl who moves back home to live with her dad have he renovates her recently purchased “money pit.”

Sounds like fun! Make sure to invite us to the first taping! We can't wait to see it!!!

Last night, Vanessa Hudgens hosted Candies' VMA After Party and it was swarming with celebs!

From guidos to Gleeks and several of V-Hudge's closet friends and big stars came out to celebrate music and MTV!

She's celebrating all month long!

Even though Ashley Tisdale celebrated her birthday frolicking on the beach with Zac earlier this month, it seem that it was girls' night out as The Tiz had yet another b-day celebration in Sin City this weekend!

Celebrating at PURE nightclub and the Venus Pool Club, Ash partied in style with her sis Jennifer and Hellcats co-stars. Her pal V-Hudge was NOT in attendance though. It doesn't seem like there were any hard feelings as Ashley talked about the photos that showed her and Zac having fun in the sun. She said:

"We’ve always had the same relationship. We’ve always been this way and he’s one of my best friends and family, so is Vanessa. I’m best friends with Vanessa, so that’s a little weird and plus he’s like my brother."

Okay, okay, we believe you, Tiz! We still can be a little jealous! Partying with Zac and then in Vegas? You are living the life, gurl!

Celebrating Ashley Tisdale's birthday, she and her High School Musical co-star Zac Efron were spotted fooling around together at a friend's beach house in Malibu.

Not that kind of fooling around!

They kicked off the Fourth of July weekend just right by playing in the water and catching some sun. Zac even gave Ashley a piggyback ride! LOL so cute!

It looks like just innocent fun! Hope you have a great weekeend!

They were in Spain promoting her new Disney film, Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure!
