Ashley Tisdale knows what it takes to stay in shape.

It takes dedication, perseverance, time, energy, and hard work.

What it doesn't take is makeup!

We don't know why, but we're alway pumped to see celeb ladies hitting the gym without makeup. It lets us know they're serious about what they're about to do, not focused on what they're going to do BEFORE the hit the squat machine!

LOLz — we're not saying if you wear make up to the gym you're not working hard, we're saying that if you're a celeb, it's suspect.

Ha!

Keep up the hard work, Ashley! That butt looks fiiiiiiine!

Seems like every once in a while we get one of those Lakers games where they turn on the magic celeb magnet and all the stars come out.

Last night's game verses the Orlando Magic was def one of those games.

The stars were out in force with the lovely David Beckham, the hunky Gerard Butler, the gorgeous Ashley Tisdale and many more already, as we previously mentioned.

Instead of staring at cheerleader butts or laughing it up with some friends, Will Ferrell took his son Mattias to the game!

Seems like there's something "magical" about the LA Lakers and the Orlando Magic.

Yesterday's game at the Staples Center sure had a lot of star drawing power!

We just previously mentioned both David Beckham and Gerard Butler were at the recent Lakers game.

Now we've found that Regina Hall, Johnny Galecki, Keli Garner, Samantha Droke and Ashley Tisdale were all at the game too!

We've already talked about how Mike Tyson has been bitten by the acting bug.

Continuing that trend, he was just recently cast in Scary Movie 5.

Seriously, guuuurl, those legs are intense!

We're happy to see Ashley Tisdale starting her day with a trip to the gym — which is absolutely working for her.

We'd love to know what she does specifically, because she's a total knock out.

A super creepy paparazzo was recently spying on Ashley Tisdale as she caught a poolside nap.

The Tis was taking in some rays, trying to get her tan on before a wedding.

She was with her man Scot Speer who must not have noticed the stalking photog right away.

She's def looking really fit!

Must be all the working out and healthy eating she does!

Sorry you got stalked but it's cause you're lookin' so fiiiiine, gurl!

Ashley Tisdale likes to spin right round baby, right round — like a record, baby, right round round round!

Gurl was seen with those toned legs (how could they not be after a spinning class) on her way home from the gym!

She even has a shiny Soul Cycle tote and found time to talk to Jonah Hill, who was also spinning!

Fab!

We can't in good conscience say we're a fan of those boots, though… they probably make spinning even harder!
