Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian took Tallulah, Darby, and Sullivan on a family vacation to the Caribbean and enjoyed a little fun in the sun at the beach!

But when they kiddies weren't looking, Dr. Shepherd got a tad bit frisky and decided to check out Grey's Jillian's Anatomy with a little pat on the booty!

We're not 100% sure what led to the surprise spanking, but we're guessing Patrick was trying to congratulate his wife on a job well done on pulling off that bikini!

Or maybe he was just trying to give her a high-five and missed REALLY badly! LOLz!!

Either way, it definitely looks like he got a handful!!

What else could we want in an imaginary boyfriend? LOLz!

Rob was spotted in Hawaii looking damn good in his wet board shorts and t-shirt, carrying a surfboard that might or might not have its own zip code. That thing is huuuuuuge!

The cool thing is that Rob knows how to handle such big things — especially when they're wet and he's riding them!

Over the weekend, the Dallas actor and his beautiful fiancé stripped down to practically nothing and put their amazingly fit bodies on display for all of Santa Monica to see.

And as the lovebirds walked down the beach hand-in-hand, they stopped for some kisses, embraces and a little bit of flirting.

It's amazing that after being together for years that Cara and Jesse still adore one another.
