How I Met Your Mother's Jason Segel and Big Love's Chloe Sevigny were spotted getting hot and heavy at the HBO Emmy party Sunday night.

The pair were seen making out in the corner around midnight, yet they stopped when they realized that people were watching them.

Although it's not known whether they shared a ride home, they did exit the party together shortly after their lip lock!

Seems like an odd couple, but we like it!

Good news for fans of Rescue Me and Big Love!

Both the FX firefighting drama featuring Denis Leary and HBO's polygamous production with Bill Paxton and former-It girl Chloe Sevigny have received orders for new seasons!

Rescue Me, although two weeks away from the fifth season's premiere, will be returning for a sixth season and possibly more, according to reports. "I believe this show will continue to maintain a level of excellence for several years to come," FX president John Landgraf assured viewers.

Big Love, which continues to pick up steam on HBO's Sunday night lineup with close to 5 million viewers a week has been given the green light to go ahead with season number four. The drama plans to resume production in late 2009.
