So…they think that a hand will sell this movie better than Christian? WTF?!?!?

Check out the newly released poster (above) for Magnet Releasing/Magnolia Pictures' upcoming horror flick Playback, which stars Christian Slater…yet he's nowhere to be seen!

Here's how the movie is being described:

"While digging into their town's infamous past, a group of high school students unwittingly unlock a dark secret, unleashing an evil spirit that takes possession of its victims."

Sounds fun enough…but we're bummed that they're not giving Christian more love!

We had a blast running into him at our Miami book signing for The Boy With Pink Hair back in September, and we think it's lame that he's not featured prominently on this poster! Ah well!

Despite the bogus artwork…will U check out Christian Slater's new horror movie when it hits theaters in March???

Eva's going from maneater to diggin' the ladies in her upcoming movie called Without Men, which is about a Latin American village that loses all their men after they're recruited by revolutionaries.

So, naturally, Eva steps up and takes on the role of the leader of the town, and eventually has a "steamy love scene" with her co-star Kate Del Castillo:

We know, not a name you hear very often these days, huh? Still, he knows a thing or two about the biz and what it's like to hit rock bottom and prevail, so he could be a good resource for her. Plus, remember they made Bobby together, so he sort of, kind of knows some stuff about her too.

Christian Slater has admitted to reaching out to Lindsay Lohan recently, in light of her continued lack of ability to turn her life around. Christian, who is celebrating five years of sobriety this year, feels it is important to help kids who are struggling with the same issues as he did and makes it a point to help when he can. He explained to sources:

"I was dealing with alcoholism and addiction, and there was a lot to take on without much life experience. Addiction is not pretty, and you don’t fully understand it unless you’re dealing with it head-on. That’s why when I see other kids struggling, I will sometimes reach out to them — a call or an e-mail.”

He confessed that LiLo was one of the youths he reached out to, saying that he understands the "brutal position" she must be in and how "confused" she must be over how her life has turned out.

Okay, screw Charlie Sheen, girl. Take heed to Slater's words! He's been doing some real good in the world the past few years: trips to Africa and a USO tour. Sure, he doesn't make as many movies anymore, but look at the amazing person he turned out to be.

Follow his example! Stage a comeback! Yes, you can!!!!

No! This NEEDS to happen!

Back in 2009, there were rumblings of a proposed sequel to the '80s cult classic Heathers coming to fruition, with original stars Winona Ryder and Christian Slater both on board to reprise their roles as the rebellious Veronica and J.D., as well as original writer Dan Waters and director Michael Lehmann!

However, when recently asked about film's current state of development, Ryder revealed that plans have stalled!

She explains:

"There was an idea, and I was sort of like on their back about like, 'We've gotta do it because, you know, Heathers exist outside of high school.' And there was this whole idea that Dan [Waters], you know, came up with with some little additions from me. At one point, I really wanted it to happen and was trying to get everyone riled up. But last I heard, who knows? I'm like, 'We should do this.' But everyone's doing their things right now. It's nice when people bring that up because I'm so proud of that movie, and I love when people come up and ask if there's going to be a sequel. It means it's still in their consciousness."

Um. HELL YES, it's still in our consciousness, bb!

Nothing has even COME CLOSE to comparing to the greatness - and bite - of that movie (No offense, Mean Girls)!

We seriously hope that they don't let this idea slip through the cracks!

C'mon guys, get everyone back on board! We bet Shannen would be down, too!

It was a celeb-filled Christmas day at Staples Center in El Lay!

Several celebrities celebrated the holiday watching the Los Angeles Lakers lose to the Miami Heat with a score of 96-80.

Celebs like Kanye, Cameron Diaz, Jeremy Piven, Adam Levine, Larry David, Wilmer Valderrama, Dr. Dre, Dustin Hoffman, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Will.i.am, Sly Stallone, Christian Slater, Michael Clarke Duncan with reality star Omarosa, Sinbad, and even a very pregnant Penelope Cruz with honey, Javier Bardem were all spotted cheering in the crowd.

When your film career dies, there's always TV!!

Christian Slater has landed the lead in a new, untitled comedy pilot for FOX!!

The show centers around two genius twentysomethings who crack security systems.

Christian, who is also producing, will play a gruff ex-military man and leader of the Titan Team. Trevor Moore, who also stars, will play the team's womanizing head of intelligence.

Would U watch?!
