The sequel that Winona Ryder was hoping for may be dead in the water, but the spirit of her 1988 teen comedy classic will live on through an entirely new generation of fans!
We heard a while back that a script for a television adaptation of the movie was floating around Hollywood and now Bravo has confirmed they have decided to bring it to life!
As part of the reality network's plan to start producing scripted "TV that pushes boundaries conceptually and thematically while still telling a fun story," the show follows
And that's not a spoiler, folks! At least not from us.
The first trailer (above) for Sylvester Stallone's Bullet To The Head clearly shows him blowing away Christian Slater with a shotgun.
He's also got a hot tattooed daughter to rescue from the hands of warrior-king of the nomadic Dothraki tribe, Khal Drogo, and an Asian
sidekick cop from Florida to help him do it.
And ladies! Stallone's next action flick is the perfect Valentine's Day gift for men since it hits theaters next year on February 1.
In the meantime, your boyfriends will be begging you to watch the action hero fight alongside many other veterans of the genre this weekend since the The Expendables 2 is now in theaters.
Wow, that really sucks.
Breaking In was originally cancelled last year, but Fox brought the sitcom back to life for their spring lineup.
But with the show’s dismal ratings getting worse, Fox has decided to pull the plug on this show for good and has replaced Breaking In with repeat episodes of New Girl.
For any Breaking In fans, the remaining episodes of this season will air later this summer.

Breaking In returned Tuesday after being canceled following only seven episodes in its first season. However, after a major overhaul, Slater and his NEW gang will try to give the comedy another go.
Megan Mullally was introduced as the new boss, Veronica, and she's already stealing scenes in her debut. Erin Richards also appeared for the first time as we said goodbye to
So…they think that a hand will sell this movie better than Christian? WTF?!?!?
Check out the newly released poster (above) for Magnet Releasing/Magnolia Pictures' upcoming horror flick Playback, which stars Christian Slater…yet he's nowhere to be seen!
Here's how the movie is being described:
"While digging into their town's infamous past, a group of high school students unwittingly unlock a dark secret, unleashing an evil spirit that takes possession of its victims."
Sounds fun enough…but we're bummed that they're not giving Christian more love!
We had a blast running into him at our Miami book signing for The Boy With Pink Hair back in September, and we think it's lame that he's not featured prominently on this poster! Ah well!
Despite the bogus artwork…will U check out Christian Slater's new horror movie when it hits theaters in March???
None other than Christian Slater showed up at our book signing for The Boy With Pink Hair in Miami over the weekend.
