Are you ready to believe?!
This week has been an AH-Mazing one filled with all kinds of X-files news!
Aside from David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson obviously coming back to the series, we previously that Mitch Pileggi is coming back as Walter Skinner, William B. Davis is somehow returning as The Smoking Man, and we couldn't be more excited about Joel McHale joining the revival.
But this week we learned the Lone Gunmen are returning as well as Kumail Nanjiani, Robbie Amell, Lauren Ambrose, Rhys Darby, and Annet Mahendru joining the series!
Sure we're only getting six episodes, and we have to wait until January 24, 2016 but this teaser (above) gives us Mulder actually talking to Scully!
We don't know about you, but we're definitely ready to believe again!
Looks like Mulder and Scully are about to get some company.
That's because TV vets Lauren Ambrose and Robbie Amell were just added to the sci-fi revival!
The only thing we know so far about Lauren and Robbie's roles is that they play FBI agents, but they really look like they could be baby Gillian and David, doncha think?
Other guest stars for the reboot include Joel McHale, Annet Mahendru, and comedian Kumail Nanjiani — who actually hosts an X-Files fan podcast!
Make sure to catch Lauren and Robbie when The X-Files returns on January 24!

Just remember, the truth is out there!
It's really here!
In a brand new promo, Fox has finally shown the first bit of footage of Mulder and Scully back in action in the X-Files event series!
But let's talk about the promo itself for a second…

It looks like Tracy Morgan is making his way back to comedy!
It was announced on Monday that the next batch of Hollywood stars would be getting — well, their stars — on the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame!
And among the crop of talent, Tracy is slated to finally get his!
13 years, that's how long it's been…
Sure there was a mediocre movie back in 2008 that brought Mulder and Scully back together, but it didn't have the same heart to it. And yes, David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson have gotten together to sing a song or two, but this is the REAL DEAL!
Back in 2002 when X-Files went off the air, viewers felt that they REALLY had the Mulder and Scully love flame fanned and we're hoping this new series will reignite that magic!
Now that all of the pieces have fallen into place, the actors are back on set and officially filming the six episode revival series of the X-Files for Fox and we have your first little peek at Mulder and Scully on set! Ch-ch-check it out (below)
The actor spoke with Entertainment Weekly and he not only had some news about the X-Files revival mini-series on Fox next year but he admitted to some tears too! During the interview, Duchovny originally said of the show, "I can tell you absolutely nothing—and it's fantastic," but later went on to talk about a couple tidbits he knows!
David said that he's already received the first script for the show and he's read it. Surprisingly he said that while reading it, he started crying. He recounts:
