Lawsuit is off!

Donald Trump is backtracking on a threat against Angelo Carusone and his campaign to get Macy's to fire the real estate mogul as their celebrity spokesman.

Carusone started the 'Dump Trump' campaign because he was furious that Macy's kept him as a spokesperson and still sold his products despite Trump's "consequence-free bullying."

He did apparently receive a cease and desist letter from the big man himself, but Trump is now backtracking on the lawsuit, claiming:

We are currently taking bets on who will be the first celeb to actually do this!

Donald Trump? Nicki Minaj? Jennifer Lopez?!

Though they should've been busy working on something that would better the world, scientists were instead focusing on synthesizing gold nanoparticles into human hairs.

What does this mean exactly?

Well, it means you can dye your hair using actual gold!

Isn't that totally unnecessary exciting?!

The nerds scientists working on this very important matter dipped strands of white hair inside a gold compound solution, at which point the hairs became a pale yellow shade before changing into a dark brown.

So, basically, if you don't want to use the cheap store dyes and don't trust your stylist's version either, and you have money to burn, this is your best option.

Paris and Nicky Hilton looked better than ever at the European School Of Economics Foundation Vision And Reality Awards honoring their parents, Rick and Kathy Hilton, and Donald Trump, at Cipriani's in NYC on Wednesday night.

Dressed in ultra-glam, perfect-for-the-holidays gowns (perhaps Mama Hilton's designs?), the dynamic duo mugged for the cameras like the pros that they are!

The director of Media Matters started a petition urging Macy's to dump Trump because they're embracing the comb over-ed billionaire's brand, which he believes is built on "consequence-free bullying."

The online petition, which has received over 600,000 signatures

It's been a hot minute, OK eight years, since Donald Trump's original fragrance hit Estee Lauder shelves. So now he's ready to give the fragrance thing another go!

With the help of The Five Star Fragrance Company, the Donald has created Success — a fragrance meant to represent aspiration and an affluent lifestyle.

When speaking on his fragrant ventures, he says:

"The last one did well but it was really meant more for our product, for my company. I wanted to do a fragrance for all of my clubs, all my buildings and all of my everything. And we still use it.

This one is meant for that also, but it’s going to be a much more international fragrance. We’re going to go much bigger with it."

Success debuts in April and will retail exclusively at Macy's.

Vera Wang will soon be hitting the ice again.

The former competitive figure skater (did U know that piece of trivia?) will be honored by Figure Skating in Harlem at its annual Skating with the Stars event on April 2nd.

Ivanka Trump is a copycat! At least that's what Derek Lam is saying.

The designer fired off a cease and desist letter to the Donald's daughter and her shoe licensee Marc Fisher Footwear demanding they remove their $150 "Cadie" wedge off the market because it's "virtually identical" to Lam's $780 Ayami" wedge sandal.

Derek Lam CEO Jan-Hendrik Schlottmann admits Ivanka probably has no idea her shoe was a copy since she works with a licensee, but they "had to protest this".

The designer's attorneys gave Trump seven days to pull the shoes and are also asking for info on past and future sales of the Cadie wedge, including accounting records of all sales.
