OMG! We're dying! This must be the surprise she was talking about!

We've been telling you recently about another possible Spice Girls reunion and it turns out that they have been plotting a stage musical!

They're looking for 5 unknown actresses to portray each of them and bring their story of stardom to the stage in what's being billed as "a two-hour pop extravaganza!"

AMAZING!

Geri Halliwell aka Ginger Spice is the producer but apparently Emma Bunton, Melanie Brown, Melanie Chisholm and Victoria Beckham will be involved in the project as well, including the casting.

We wonder who the 5 girls will be?

Lucky girls for sure! With the Spice Girls' fan base the show is sure to be a mayjah hit!

We told you that there were murmurings of a Spice Girls reunion — although noticeably missing will be Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham.

Mel B aka Scary Spice has confirmed the news saying:

"We are definitely going to be doing something together again soon. We're actually working on it right now. I don't want to say too much because I don't want to spoil the surprise, but it's really, really exciting. I can't wait to be singing with the girls again."

Are U looking forward to seeing Baby, Ginger, Sporty and Scary Spice reunite?

Well, Posh's singing "talents" were never really featured in the group anyway, were they????

The remaining Spice Girls are reportedly planning to reunite for a "full-scale comeback" in the upcoming weeks!!!!!

Although Beckham doesn't have the "time or desire" to join the group again (boo), Mel B., Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton and Mel C. will be digging the platform sneakers out from the closet next week to discuss the reunion!!

Sources say the girls plan to be on the road by this time next year, although Bunton is not fully convinced she would like to return to her Baby Spice roots.

"Emma is being cautious but the minute she's with the girls they'll talk her round," says the insider.

And although Victoria is currently the most famous of the 5, the girls have no doubt they'll be able to cope without her.

Says one source: "When Geri left the first time, she was arguably the band's biggest star… If they coped without her, they are confident they can make it work without Posh."

Hmmm!

She's gonna get in trouble for saying this!

There are all kinds of rumors flying around after the Spice Girls Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Brown, and Melanie Chisholm had dinner last week. The theory is that another reunion is in the works, and more and more that seems to be accurate.

Recently, Geri was on a British talk show and confirmed that the girls were chatting about some "future plans".

Now Mel B. has Tweeted about the rumors, confirming them!!!!

She says:

"World cup! wow the press are soo silly no I am not getting the girls together for the world cup!!! We are getting together for other reasons!"

What reasons?! Don't leave us hanging like that!!!

If it is another tour, they need to hurry up and do it!

It's a Spice Girl reunion!

Well, almost.

Last night Geri Halliwell, Mel B, Emma Bunton and Melanie C all dined together at the Palm restaurant in London.

But, something's missing from this picture.

Oh yeah, Victoria Beckham!

Maybe her invitation got lost in the mail?

Or perhaps when you're a serious fashion designer, you have better things to do?

A noble cause, indeed!

Since Sunday, Geri Halliwell has been in Nepal serving as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Population Fund.

The pop star recently met with Prime Minister Madhav Kumar who supports the cause promoting maternal health and women's rights.

Halliwell visited women in isolated districts to witness the effects of the gender-based violence, including women rescued from being sold into prostitution rings and victims of rape.

Violence against women is a prevalent and serious issue in the South Asian country. Research found that more than 80% of women had been abused by their husbands.

At a press conference on Tuesday, Geri urged Nepali men to use their power to encourage and protect women. She stated, "When we empower women and take care of them, everyone benefits."

Another issue demanding attention in Nepal is maternal healthcare. According to the UN, there is a one in 31 mortality rate for Nepalese women following child birth due to poor conditions, living in remote areas and the condition of uterine prolapse, which affects one in 10 mothers.

"It's an embarrassing issue that no one wants to talk about," said Halliwell. "It's a symptom of when a mother is not taken care of particularly after she's given birth. Basically her womb comes out, which is quite a horrific thing to experience. But it's so preventable."

She hopes that her visit will bring these important issues to light and improve the quality of life for women in Nepal.

No birthday bash is complete without some old friends.

It was reported that Geri Halliwell got to spend her 37th boozey birthday bash with her fellow former Spice Girl, Emma Bunton

The night was filled with stops at several locales for birthday surprises, which was completely orchestrated by her new beau Henry Beckwith.

We hear Geri stumbled her way back home sometime after 3 a.m.

Sounds like a successful night to us!
