Our heart is really breaking right now for Sarah Harding.

The troubled Girls Aloud star split from her fiance Tom Crane earlier in the year before checking herself into rehab, and has now been charged with assault after a New Year's Eve incident with new boyfriend Theo De Vries, whom she met while seeking treatment for alcoholism and depression.

Although this sorry excuse for a man has attempted to point the finger of blame at her, Sarah is now speaking out about how severely abused she actually was that night in Innsbruck, Austria, and it is truly difficult to digest.

It's been a hot minute since we last heard Lily Allen going off on Girls Aloud members.

And we even thought maybe all the bad blood was dried up after Cheryl Cole tweeted her messages of baby congrats.

But she's back on the little blue birdie, commenting on Sarah Harding's most recent trouble with her boyfriend:

We don't know how she's going to make the time to break into US pop culture with a Girls Aloud reunion and THIS, but hey - if anyone can manage, it's her!

Cheryl Cole has been keeping a relatively low profile since her boot from the US X Factor, but now, the pop star is reportedly in talks to host a brand new chat show on Channel 4, tentatively called Late Night With Cheryl, which would also feature big name celebrity guests!

The 28-year-old has been inundated with offers to get her face on screen but this opportunity seems the best fit.

Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding didn't exactly have the best 2011…

Okay, not right now, but it has happening soon as Girls Aloud announced earlier this year that they would be getting back together for their 10th anniversary in 2012. Everyone - including Nicola Roberts, Cheryl Cole, Kimberley Walsh, Sarah Harding and Nadine Coyle - is gearing up for the major event and Nicola shared her excitement over the impending celebration!

The video is looks a little low-budget, BUT the ex Girls Aloud member makes it work! Also, she gets an A+ for angry stripping!!
