But now that Star Wars: The Force Awakens has been in theaters for weeks, fans are even more into the galaxy far, far away and we can't wait for Star Wars land to finally open — even if it means some rides will have to close.
Well, now we've got some MORE exciting news in regards to the new section of theme park as the House of Mouse just announced that Harrison Ford himself will be unveiling the BIG plans for the upcoming attractions!
In fact, Han will be stopping by ABC's The Wonderful World of Disney: Disneyland 60 special in honor of Disneyland's 60th anniversary to share everything he knows!
But he won't be alone because the event will also feature some major special guests, including
While we know the next flick in the SW universe will be Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and then Star Wars: Episode VIII, the one after that will be a Han Solo spinoff movie!
But the big question is who will play the scruffy-looking nerf herder?!
Unfortunately, we don't know a whole lot more than the rumored names, but MTV News was lucky enough to catch up with Reynor and Lerman at the Sundance Film Festival to chat with them about the sci-fi part!
When asked about taking on the role made famous by Harrison Ford, Jack dished:

After auditioning thousands of actors, sources say that executives have narrowed down the list to about a dozen names of their final picks to step into the role made famous by Harrison Ford!
Other actors in the running are Scott Eastwood, Jack Reynor, Brooklyn star Emory Cohen, and Glee actor Blake Jenner!

The 73-year-old actor looked dapper in his black suit and bow tie as he (half-way) smiled for pics next to his bride. His Supergirl star love looked pretty in teal… but the embroidered Andrew GN gown definitely aged her!
We will say it was a great color choice!
We LOVES seeing these two together! Plus it doesn't hurt that Harrison just became the highest-grossing actor in Hollywood!

The box office is strong with this one.
Samuel L. Jackson seems to show up in a TON of movies every year, but that doesn't mean he's the box office champ!
With the massive success of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Harrison Ford has officially overtaken the Hateful Eight star as the top-grossing actor in United States' box office history, according to Box Office Mojo.
Even though the box office website marks the Fugitive actor as only having 41 films under his belt — they don't include cameo/voice work or movies without grosses — his movies have grossed an insane
Who knew he was so skilled with his hands?!
But a long time ago, even before the actor played the role of Han Solo, he was still the pinnacle of manliness doing work as a carpenter!
Brazilian musician Sèrgio Mendes shared a throwback photo on Facebook from 1970, featuring a then 28-year-old Ford the day he finished building a recording studio:

But being the most recognizable franchise in the history of cinema, everyone basically knows the story, right?
That's what this girl tried to prove when her boyfriend gave her a glass of wine and asked her to recap the entire story of the original trilogy — which she has never seen!
Mark Zabala shared the 6-minute video on his Facebook, where his tipsy girlfriend tried to explain what she knew about Star Wars having never watched the films!
She had the gist down, with a few big exceptions — she thinks "Lucas" Skywalker and Princess Leia are love interests, (didn't we all at first?) confuses Harrison Ford with Richard Gere, and thinks the Stormtroopers are good guys!
She struggled with the character names, like "Chihuahua" (Chewbacca) and that "small tiny green guy" who is "obviously Buddha in another timeline."
