Holy deja vu, Batman!

Hilary Swank showed up at the Vanity Fair Oscar afterparty on Sunday night in a seksi red Valentino Couture dress that had us doing major double takes!

Not only does it remind us of the Valentino dress that Sally Field wore last night, but it also bears some serious resemblance to the Alaia gown Rihanna wore at the Grammys earlier this month!

But, hey, it's hot, and Hilary looked absolutely GORGEOUS in it!

We love that she was also rocking the ever-popular Veronica Lake waves.

A-listers showed up in full force to get a peek at Michael Kors's A/W 2013 presentation in NYC on Wednesday.

Zoe Saldana in a raspberry sheath dress, Jada Pinkett Smith in an emerald snake-print skirt and jacket, and Hilary Swank in a striped silk dress took in the show sandwiched between a hyper Willow Smith and bored-to-death Michael Douglas.

Random!

And yet awesome at the same time!

Willow, wearing black skinnies and gold sequined top with a white blazer, spent most of the show making funny faces at her cell phone.

Meanwhile, Mr. Catherine Zeta-Jones (why wasn't she there, BTW?) tried to stay awake by chatting with a very tan gentlemen to his right.

Oh to be a fly on the catwalk!

Oh, so prettiful!

Hilary Swank was sparklelicious at the Vienna Opera House Ball in Austria on Thursday.

The actress looked very high-society in a nude Elie Saab Couture gown featuring sheer long sleeves and dozens of glittering crystals running the entire length of the dress.

With her hair in a simple updo and wearing natural, earth-toned makeup, Hilary was quite literally the belle of the ball and we bet she had a fantabulous time!

We haven't seen her at so many events since she was promoting New Year's Eve!

Hilary Swank has been all over the globe lately, and was last spotted at the Sidaction Dinner Gala in Paris on Thursday night.

The 38-year-old actress chose a very unique-looking number for the occasion, wearing a knee-length contrast Elie Saab dress that featured long-sleeved bolero-style top with knotted neckline.

The hip-hugging outfit also revealed a nice dose of cleavage, which is always appreciated.

But there's just something about the dress that doesn't feel right. Maybe it's the puffy sleeves.

We do love her glossy caramel waves, though!

We just lurrrve it when the stars come out for Fashion Week, don't you?

Hilary Swank and Uma Thurman were the latest fashionistas to grace the front row as they attended the Armani Privé show in Paris on Tuesday.

The superstars upheld the all-black trend as they braved the rainy weather to get a glimpse of some of the world's finest couture creations.

Hilary wore a luxurious black wool coat that gave a peek of her sequined purple dress underneath and black satin pumps.

Uma, on the other hand, channeled her inner Parisienne in black stovepipe trousers, satin button-down shirt, and black coat.

Her emerald green strappy heels gave a nice pop of color.

Pure perfection!

Hilary Swank has been keeping a low-profile lately.

We feel like we haven't seen her in ages!

The 38-year-old attended the Bvlgari flagship store re-opening in Hong Kong on Thursday, looking elegant and stately in a simple black Elie Saab gown with tiered accents at the waist and tousled wavy hairdo.

And her pretty face seemed completely makeup-free!

The emphasis, however, was definitely on her HUGE Bvlgari 165 carat sapphire necklace from the Elizabeth Taylor Collection.

Gorgeous!

Sadly, she probably had to give it back at the end of the night.

Oh, well, at least she could say she got to wear it once.

Hilary Swank was positively glowing at the amfAR Inspiration Gala in New York City last night.

The actress glided down the red carpet in a with with black lace tea-length Marc Jacobs Resort dress and black peep toe heels.

Hmm. We have mixed feelings about this frock. It's not the most flattering dress on Hilary, but it's not terrible either.
