Is there really a sex tape????

The never ending debate over the million dollar question!

The sex tape has ruined Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag's friendship and divided many friends and the millions of The Hills viewers into opposing sides.

Now, Beef Curtain's ex-boyfriend, Jason Wahler, is speaking out against Spencer Pratt.

Spencer was on The Tyra Banks Show yesterday and said, "I know for 100% fact it did exist – 1000%!"

Heidi also claims it's not a rumor, adding, "From what I have heard from confirmed sources… her ex-boyfriend was going around trying to sell it."

Somehow that wouldn't surprise us of Jason.

As for Lauren still having the tape, Heidi adds, "Well, I mean, I am not sure she has it anymore… but from what I've heard… I am not really allowed to elaborate."

Did Lauren burn the tape? Does Jason still have it?

In a statement, Wahler says, "I do not have a sex tape of Lauren Conrad and one does not exist. Spencer Pratt is lying again to get attention. Lauren is my friend and it is insulting to her to suggest this."

Is it insulting or just a possible money loss?

Squeaky-clean Lauren can't have a sex tape leak!

Who else would pay her bills if MTV drops her for bad press?

Then again, MTV wouldn't drop her.  Please, they've had bigger trash hosting dating game shows.

We KNOW how to end this ONCE and FOREVER.

Lauren Conrad's ex-boyfriend, Jason Wahler!!

The former Laguna Beach star is headed back to TV. Jason tells Life & Style Weekly, "It'll be the real-life version of Entourage. We start filming in April. I've got a lot going on: auditions, movies, parties. It's not exactly the same as Entourage, I'm not making $10 million a movie!" And doubt you ever will!

And will Wahler's fiancee, Katja Decker-Sadowski, make an appearance on the show?

Wahler says, "Most of my relationship will be private. I didn't want to make Newlyweds."

Note to Jason: MTV already tried to do a reality TV version of Entourage.

It was called TwentyFourSeven (or 24/7)……and nobody watched!

Lauren Conrad's ex-boyfriend and Hills alum Jason Wahler is banned from his fiancee's college apartment.

Why? What'd he do??

According to the complex and reports, the troubled reality star, arrested a handful of times last year, made racist remarks against a security guard at the apartment complex.

"He called him the N word," says a source.

Jason is an N word himself - a fucking Nincompoop!

Jason Wahler was released from jail this week, PerezHilton.com has learned.

The Hills star was incarcerated in Seattle stemming from an arrest there in April on charges of assault, criminal trespass and underage drinking.

In total, Jason spent almost 3 weeks in jail - from October 25th until November 12th.

Wahler used his time behind bars constructively, we're told. He memorized the script from a movie he's going to be working on.

"He is very humbled by jail," a source close to Wahler tells us.

He better be! No more chances!

Jason Wahler is serving time!

Lauren Conrad's one-time flame and Hills regular is incarcerated in Seattle, stemming from  an arrest there in April on charges of assault, criminal trespass and underage drinking.

Wahler's rep released the following statement:

"Jason is taking full responsibility for his previous actions. He has been through rehabilitation, done community service and has been attending AA meetings. He would like to be an example to young people to make them realize that there are consequences for bad behavior. He is making amends and looks forward to continuing success in his career."

The length of Jason's stay in jail is unknown at this time, but those close to him are "hoping" it's just a few days.

"The judge in Seattle just wanted to make an example out of someone from Hollywood," an insider tells PerezHilton.com.

Good luck in jail, Jason.
