Who throws a shoe? Honestly!

Apparently, Jason Wahler, known mostly for his time on Laguna Beach and his romantic involvement with Lauren Conrad on The Hills, will now be known as the tool who got so drunk, he threw his shoes at people.

Last night, while heavily intoxicated, Jason tried to get into the Ocean Avenue Brewery, but the bouncer wasn't having it. Somehow, Jason made it inside, so the bouncer threw him out.

Jason made it inside again, and again the bouncer showed him the door. Only this time, things got interesting when a irritated Jason took off his shoes and chucked them into the bar.

We'll assume he was gunning for the bouncer but in his defense, aiming isn't easy when you can't see straight.

As if that wasn't enough, Jason allegedly then threw a punch when the rest of the security team arrived. And now the loser is in jail for battery and public intoxication. Ha! Add that to the list, huh Jason?!

And talk about bad timing. Jason only had 11 days left on his probation from an incident back in 2007. Bad news for him if he's convicted now.

Somewhere, L.C. is taking a sigh of relief that she ain't messing with him anymore!

Jason Wahler's past "credits" include douching it up on MTV's Laguna Beach and putting his P into Lauren Conrad's V, but the hard-pAArtying reality whore won't be adding movie star to that list anytime soon!

Wahler had signed on to star in an indie flick titled Five Good Years, but sources say the drinking and drugging Z-lister has been fired from the film!!!

According to insiders, Wahler was given the ol' heave-ho because of his bad manners!

FourTwoFive Films hired Jason to star in the film without auditioning - a major no no when it comes to reality douchebags like Wahler!!!

The inside source "experienced first-hand behavior form Jason that was not conducive with FourTwoFive Films' expectations," which led to Wahler's canning.

"He’d say, 'I’ll meet you at this place at this time,' and then he wouldn’t show up," the source continued. "He’d say, 'Oh I was in Arizona', when in reality he was in LA all along."

Your 15 minutes were up long ago, Jason!

Spencer Pratt was on the receiving end of (world class fuck up) Jason Wahler's homophobic verbal attack outside Apple nightclub in L.A. on Thursday night.

Can we look forward to a Hills showdown?!

Pratt released a statement that, "If I were to beat up every homophobic racist loser that challenged me to a fight – I wouldn't have time to be the most famous person in the world. I'll pray for Jason Wahler."

Not surprisingly, Laguna Beach/The Hills bad boy Jason Wahler has called off his engagement with non-celeb Katja Decker Sadowski.

The 22-year-old admitted, "We agreed we are both just too young to be considering getting married right now."

Sadowski is 21.

Katja, who was once quoted saying she wanted to marry "sooner rather than later," said, "My parents want me to finish school first and that won't be until 2010. So we want to do it probably a little bit before graduation, but I need my parents' help to plan the wedding!"

Yeah, no need to be 30 and divorced!

Hasbeen reality whore, ex-convict, recording addict and Lauren Conrad's ex-boy toy, Jason Wahler, is probably just jealous!

When asked about Whitney Port's solo MTV show, The City, getting picked up for a second season, Wahler responded:

"I can't believe it got picked up for a second season. I thought it was a terrible show. I mean, I like Whitney, but they are trying to drag her show out too much. I didn't know that many people who were watching it to begin with, so for it to be renewed is shocking."

We agree, but those words coming out of his mouth…they just don't have the same gravitas!

A tow truck driver won a $20,000 judgment against Hills star Jason Wahler yesterday, Thursday.

Wahler was arrested after assaulting and racially insulting 41-year-old Dario Stevenson in 2006.

Stevenson's lawyer was was not happy with the award, which was much less than the original $1 million demanded, saying that "the award amounted to jurors condoning Wahler's conduct."

Wahler, however, said the agreement was a success, and that he has changed dramatically since the incident and many other high-profile altercations and run-ins with the law.

It seems that The Hills star Lauren Conrad likes to lie to the public.

LC has been denying reports that she's been dating Jason Wahler look-a-like Kyle Howard, Z-list actor, for a while now.

But, the two were spotted inside the Fallout 3 Videogame Launch Party held at LA Center Studios on Thursday night.

And by the looks of things, they are definitely bangin'!
