We kid, we kid!

Justin Timberlake has filed for a restraining order against a woman, Karen McNeil, who is a frequent offender of coming to his house in El Lay!

McNeil always goes to the house in a cab and enters through the gate!

She wouldn't leave the premises yesterday, so the police were called to arrest her and she was then placed on a psychiatric hold.

Creepy!

This is GREAT news for Lindsay Lohan's probation!

Avenue has decided to let Lindsay back into their club.

The wacktress was banned from the NYC exclusive lounge back in June after she tweeted that Timberpuss was cheating on Jessica Biel.

But now after bombarding the lounge with tons of calls and e-mails, Avenue's management has caved and allowed her back in after Lindsay promised to be on her best behavior.

And she's already making up for lost time because she's already visited the watering hole twice this week!

However, people are saying she kept her word and didn't pAArty it up there at least. Linds stayed off the sauce and even rejected a drink sent over to her by another guest.

This is somewhat surprising. Let's see how long it lasts.

So maybe Timberpuss is giving it another shot for his mom's sake???

After a smiley Jessica was spotted on Tuesday at the Vancouver airport, JT took his on-again off-again girlfriend to a showing of Where the Wild Things Are at the Dunbar Theatre.

A spy in the theater remarked Biel and Timberlake "laughed a lot" during the film, and noticed that the two "seemed happy to be back together, to have worked things out," with Justin resting his head on Jessica's shoulder.

Okay, so this week we can officialy say Timberpuss and Biel are "on"…

Jessica Biel landed in Vancouver today looking particularly (and unusually) chipper.

Hmmm, could she and Justin be on the mend?

Someone needs to politely tell Justin Timberlake's mom to mind her business. She may want Jessica Biel to stay, but the rest of us want her OUT! Auf Wiedersehen! Gone!

Lynn Harless, whose son desperately needs to go back into the studio is the former boy-bander, tells E! News that she really likes Jessica and Justin together, saying Jessica is "awesome" as well as "someone that’ll golf with him, give him a hard time when he deserves it and stand up to him."

All redeeming qualities, for sure, but what about the fact that she is nagging troll, who considers herself "too beautiful" for Hollywood? You want your son hanging around that?!

Time to cut the apron strings and let the boy make his own decisions. From what we hear, he's already moved on to another good girl gone bad!

So, just how are things between Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel?

Well you shouldn't ask Justin since Biel was nowhere to be seen as he pAArtied it up in Vegas on Wednesday night.

Timberlake was spotting eating with some friends at Nobu in Sin City. Joining him was Alfonso Ribeiro, you know, Cartlon Banks from The Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Odd!

The group then headed for some gambling at the Hard Rock Casino before going off to party in Wasted Space.

And yet nowhere around was Jessica Biel.

Could this mean the split rumors are true?

At least, that's what his grandmother said!

And even if he and Jessica are still together, she's gonna be pissed!!!

Justin Timberlake's grandmother, Sadie Bomar opened up to Closer magazine to give some deets on his ambivalence to commitment!

"Jessica was keen to marry, but Justin isn't ready. He's busy writing new material and he works hard to be successful - he's really focused on that," she divulged. "As far as we're concerned, he's always been single. The girlfriends come and go, but we believe nothing has ever been serious. Justin does his own thing and he isn't ready to marry just yet."

Ouch!

Supposedly, the couple are re-evaluating their two and a half year long relationship (aka holding on by a thread)!

"Things have been a bit up in the air recently. They've been spending more time apart - more time with each of their friends, and they've been re-evaluating their relationship," claims a source.

Is that code for chauffeuring around random girls?!

Maybe should work on bringing monogamy back!!

Friends of Timberpuss say the singer finally dumped his girlfriend of 3 years, Jessica Biel, last month over the phone.

Classy fella, that Justin.

Timberpuss told his pals that "it's over" between he and Biel, even though other insiders (aka Jessica's friends) say that they can't be positive the two have split because "with them it's so hot and cold."

Well, all the recent spottings of seksi rendezvous between JT and Rihanna make perrrrfect sense now!

Apparently Jessica is refusing to give up the Timberpuss, with sources saying the actress is in "severe denial and won't accept" the split.

Poor girl!

After a 3-year relationship with Jessica Biel, Justin Timberlake is wasting no time in moving on to sexy songstress Rihanna.

Supposedly they were dancing pretty hot and heavily at the VMAs after party in New York and then took their own party back to RiRi's hotel room.

Word has it that Jessica found out about their rendezvous within days.

The new issue of Star magazine puts Rihanna & Justin "It's On!" on their latest cover.

A source tells the mag:

"Rihanna and Justin have been talking and texting on the phone nonstop since the VMAs. She asked him on the phone, 'Are you still with Jessica?' And he hinted that things were cooling off between them."

JT and Rihanna are said to be heating up the recording studio lately, not only with working together on her new album, but apparently RiRi was giving out lap dances to Justin as well!

Sounds like the attraction is definitely there between them and both of them are totally into it. Another source says that "she is a total tease and loves flirting with him. She digs him and wants to date him too!"

Talk about a HOT new couple!
