WOW!

It's obvious that Michelle Obama and Jennifer Aniston have gorgeous arms, so we're not entirely surprised that they have inspired many women to get upper arm plastic surgery.

According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the procedure called brachioplasty, which gets rid of loose skin in the upper arm, increased by 4,378% last year as 15,000 women decided to go under the knife.

And even though the procedure leaves a visible scar from your elbow to your armpit, the ASPS said:

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have been spending some time in Millington, Tennessee practicing their golf strokes, and we're not the least bit surprised that they're golfing it up — especially after meeting Barack and Michelle Obama last week!!

Since the prez likes to golf, the Suit & Tie singer probably wanted to hit some balls at Mirimichi Golf Course.

After all, since JT actually backs the golf course, we're sure he receives some good deals. So maybe next time he'll take the Obamas and earn some brownie points!!

Mrs. Timberlake was spotted stocking up on the health food in person and on her own. We're always so glad to see major celebs doing stuff like normal people!

Harley Pasternak, personal trainer to the stars, recently released his tips for getting a body like an A-list action man.

Well now he's focusing on the ladies!

He asks what makes a female star have one of the "best" bodies, then answers his own question, saying:

Jessica Biel's wedding is just around the corner!

Knowing her, she got into great shape before walking down the aisle.

Though she does always seem like she's in ahmayzing shape all the time.

So how does she do it??

Jessica Biel was honored with an award on Friday, and her hubby-to-be, Justin Timberlake, made sure not to steal the spotlight.

As we previously mentioned, Jessica won Tiffany & Co's Luminary Award for her efforts with Charity: Water at Variety's Power of Women luncheon.

Justin was kind enough to stay off the red carpet, instead sneaking in the back door.

Jennifer Garner presented Biel with the award, praising her while Justin cheered loudly from the crowd.

Garner said:

Justin Timberlake is an accomplished musician, actor and… golfer?!

Yup! One of Justin's favorite hobbies is golf!

So of course he played in the 2012 Ryder Cup Captains & Celebrity Scramble at Medinah Country Golf Club in Illinois.
