Singer/actress/diva Jill Scott will welcome her first child into the world in April.

Congrats!

Miz Scott spilled the beans on Friday at a press conference for her new HBO show, The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency.

She revealed that she discovered that she was pregnant just before leaving for Botswana, where she filmed the series.

"The first trimester I spent in Botswana. That was one of the biggest challenges of my life. First trimester! You're sick every morning. It was seven hours time difference, the heat, the bugs, the 14 hour days," said the crooner.

Wonder if she's going to join the growing list of celebs who give their baby nutty names??

It's confirmed.

Soul diva Jill Scott is engaged to drummer Lil' Jon Roberts.

She made the announcement on June 20th while celebrating her Carnegie Hall debut.

The sold-out crown cheered at the news!

Scott was just divorced last year from hubby Lyzel Williams.

Let's hope this marriage goes better!

In a recent interview, Scott stated, "I'd get married because I want to share all of this with someone. I just mean who I am and the blessings that I have, I want to share it. That's why I would get married again."

Congrats to the happy couple!

Jill Scott sings from the heart! And, she's about to get something off her chest - literally.

The Grammy award winner is coming out with her own line of bras.

A lady's gotta have the right support!

Mizz Scott wasn't getting the right support for her 'girls' so she is making her own brand and more to get it taken care of.

"The Butterfly Collection By Jill Scott" , a new brand of bras and lingerie for the plus-size woman, is now available at Ashley Stewart stores.

And, part of the proceeds from her new line will go to Scott's Blues Babe Foundation.
