Ryan Seacrest is SO over former flame Julianne Hough!

The American Idol host has been in mourning since splitting from Julianne back in March, but it looks like the freshly single mogul is finally ready to mingle!

The cutie hit up sbe’s XIV Summer Sessions in Los Angeles recently, and apparently it didn't take long to find a lady — at least for the evening! HA!

An eyewitness spilled:

Is it just us or is Julianne Hough at the gym ALL the time??!

No wonder she has such a smokin' hot bod!!

The sexy Rock of Ages actress once again showed off her dedication by hitting her gym in Sherman Oaks for her daily workout!

Our imaginations always tend to run a little wild when we try and picture Julianne getting all hot and bothered and working up a sweat in front of a crowd of drooling gym rats!

Sigh. If only we were lucky enough to see that for ourselves!

Julianne Hough is a bonafide hottie, and we can barely handle ourselves when she gets out of the gym covered in sweat, making everyone else sweat around her too!

Now, take that and multiply it by a million because we have NO IDEA what kind of dancing she's doing in the dance studio right now — and with a fit body like that we can only assume it's some of the sexiest dancing we have yet to see!

Seriously though, she's not just in there doing the Lawnmower or the Running Man! Girl HAS to be doing something that's poppin' boners in the studio!

Excercisng never looked so damn good!

Gym rats in Los Angeles had no problem breaking a sweat yesterday, but it had nothing to do with their workout! It's because they were in the presence of Julianne Hough's red hot bod!

The gym has definitely been kind to the sexy Rock of Ages bombshell, as she's managed to keep her AMAZING figure in tip-top shape!

Even in her workout clothes, Julianne was able to make heads turn! But seriously, what else is new? Homegurl could be wearing a snuggie and we'd STILL be drooling! LOLz!

What a relaxing way to spend a boyfriend-less day!

After Julianne Hough’s not-so-recent split with Ryan Seacrest, the Safe Haven blonde bombshell has been spending A LOT of time with her girlies!!

We’ve mostly spotted her out with fellow single lady Nina Dobrev, but yesterday she decided to switch it up and spend some time with a different vampy — Twilight’s Ashley Greene instead!

The two hit up the nail salon and got a pair of mani-pedis while photogs snapped away. Now they can join Amanda Bynes in saying they have perfectly pedicured toes, LOLz!

Girl time!

Julianne Hough traded Olivia Munn for Ashley Greene as her nail salon date in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.

Julianne was ready to have her picture snapped by the paps in a white Rachel Zoe Collection sweater, blush colored Denim of Virtue pants and platform heels while Ashley looked a little less made up in a Mighty Fine Hello Kitty top, non-see-through Lululemon pants and Ray-Bans.

We actually had no idea these two were gal pals!

What do U think Julianne and Ash talked about? Boys? The Met Gala? Puppies?

Julianne Hough is not only gorgeous and super talented…

She's a great dog mama too!!

We feel like we see her walking her cutie pups Lexi and Harley like all the time!

Maybe it's because she does walk them all the time! LOLz!

She doesn't have a dog walker or a puppy nanny, she loves her pooches and wants to be with them, even when they're having doggy potty time.

She was def looking more awake this time, still dressed comfortably, just kinda hanging out with her pups as they explored the grass.

Take care of those two cutie dogs, give them a treat from us!
