Katherine Heigl is a world class pet lover and her tag team effort with her mama and their animal foundation proves it.
The Jason Debus Heigl Foundation co-founder dished on the need for pets to be adopted by loving families. She states that euthanasia is the numero uno killer in cats and dogs, as four million pets are killed in shelters.
Katherine Heigl loves animals so much that she worked hard and put together a line of pet products, Just One, to help prevent animal cruelty!!
Why didn't we think of that?!? LOLz
The Life as We Know It actress' range is jam packed with toys, collars and other goodies. And with every item that is bought, monies will go toward animal welfare programs.
Excited about her new collection, Miz Heigl said:

But her house is FULL, with two ADORBz babes and seven pooches and she admits that it can be tough to handle!
Grace still has a long way ago but it's AHMAZING two months can change things!
The 5 year old pit has been adopted by the Heigl Foundation and she's currently still undergoing chemotherapy, after a cancerous tumor was removed.
Get ready, NYC! Katherine Heigl and PBS are bringing pets to the center stage!
The actress is set to host the NYC premiere of PBS' newest documentary, Shelter Me. The doc will focus on the positive impacts adopted pets have on their new families.
The doc is VERY diverse. The audience will visit a Southern California women's prison where inmates train shelter dogs to be service dogs and service dogs who stick behind soldiers with PTSD.
Dogs are truly uhMAZing!!!! Katherine says the following on her new gig:
And we need to do everything we can to help her!!!
Grace is a very sick pooch, so much so, that animal lover Katherine Heigl had to spread her story.
The five year old stray pit bull was rescued from the Baldwin Park shelter in California by the Heigl Foundation.
She is currently receiving around the clock care from the Dog Resort in San Fernando, but in order for Grace to survive, she needs your help!!!
