But it looks like we might be getting a MAJOR clue this weekend when Keeping Up With The Kardashians airs, as she says they FINALLY know the gender of the baby!!
Khloe says it took a while before they were able to figure out if Kimmy was having a boy or girl:

Khloe Kardashian took our breath away en route to The Today Show in NYC on Wednesday morning.
The reality star looked PHENOMENAL in a tight, printed Clover Canyon dress, bright Jimmy Choo platform sandals, and matching Givenchy clutch.
Her bronzed skin was practically sparkling against her multicolor outfit!
She must have watched Kristofer Buckle's video on how to get a GORGEOUS glow!

Khloe Kardashian is setting the record straight on her sister's relationship status with Kanye West.
Plagued with break-up speculation, Kim Kardashian and her rapper baby-daddy have raised the eyebrows of many as Yeezy is often working, without his pregnant lover.
But on Tuesday night's Watch What Happens Live, Khloe revealed the truth and said:
"Kim and Kanye are 100 percent still together and we are waiting for Kim's baby! Kanye is in Paris and London writing his album right now and that has a deadline. So that's why he's been out of town a lot, but Kim's been there to see him and he has been to L.A. quite a few times. And Atlanta for the premiere of the movie she did with Tyler Perry and to New York a few times."

With the baby due in July and with family support, as Khloe also confirmed, we're hoping for a beautiful time ahead for Kimye. They have a lot on their plate, and we can only hope for the best.
