Ouch, Kim, OUCH!!!

Kim Kardashian has been honest about how uncomfortable she feels in her pregnant body, but does the discomfort come from being pregnant or squishing her body into ill-fitting outfits?

We wonder.

The 7-months-pregnant reality star went makeup shopping at Naimie's Beauty Center in Studio City with mama Kris Jenner on Thursday in a tight, slit-sleeve Givenchy white dress and PVC sandals with triangular wooden heel.

It would've been a cute look if her poor, swollen feet weren't begging for mercy!

GAH! That looks SOOO painful!

Even worse than Julianne Moore's feet at Cannes!

We don't get why she keeps putting herself through this torture!

It's perfectly possible to look stylish and pretty without cutting off circulation to your feet!

With only two months left in her pregnancy, maybe she'll put the Givenchy heels back in the closet and take a much-needed break from stilettos.

Kim Kardashian has had a notoriously hard time wearing clothes during her pregnancy, and the bigger her bump gets, the more she’s talking about it.

In a recent interview with Grazia, the reality TV star opened up about how she picks her daily designer ensems, saying:

"This is how I have always dressed, and right now I'm wearing anything that fits."

What’s NOT fitting anymore is her favorite thing: her shoes!
