So who grabbed the #1 spot away from last year's winner Emma Watson???
Kristen Stewart! Yes, really.
And for the third year in a row the worst dressed title went to Jordan aka Katie Price, which we gotta admit is pretty impressive. Ha!

TIME magazine has made a list of the top 100 most influential fashion icons since 1923, but it's who they left off the list that's really creating a buzz.
Noticeably missing from the list of designers, models, photographers, editors, muses, and stylists include Rachel Zoe, Tyra Banks, Roberto Cavalli, Oscar de la Renta, Carolina Herrera, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Sarah Jessica Parker — and that's just off the top of our head!
Geez. TIME's selection committee is strict!

Last night’s fashion was all about what celebrities wore to the Grammys.
Lady GaGa was definitely one of the guests who chose to wear something unconventional.
And our celebrity nail stylist Leah Light is here to share the secrets to GaGa’s fierce nails!
Reveals Leah:
“So as you are probably all aware we didn't see the incredible Lady Gaga on the Red Carpet tonight for the 2012 Grammy Awards! So I am guessing all you Nail-istas out there are dying to know what the pop goddess will be wearing on her nails, Well I have the exclusive ;)
Earlier last night, Nail stylist Tracy Dinkel applied classic pointed tips covered in Minx Golden Lightning, and painted a black semi circle shape on the side of the nail with polish. They look incredible so make sure you give me some feedback on if you love them and who knows it could be on my next tutorial!”
We are loving GaGa's nails! Maybe it is time for a tutorial…
