This is how it's done!

Pay attention, next generation. You don't need autotune, pyrotechnics or any of that jazz to be an amazing pop star. All you need is confidence, an appreciation for those who have come before you and a talent that rivals the greats.

Exhibit A: Leona Lewis!

As one of the few people who didn't pull out of the Michael Jackson tribute in Wales this weekend, she performed an explosively impressive cover of the Jackson Five's classic track, I'll Be There.

Watch the video (above) and you'll be blown away! Such a raw, amazing talent! If we could get her and Mariah Carey in a room to record a duet of this, our lives would be complete!

Such an incredible night, paying tribute to an incredible icon!

Wah! We have to wait even LONGER to hear Leona Lewis' new album!

But the good news is that the reason for the delay is because Leona is so "inspired," she can't stop creating new material for the record!!

Glassheart was scheduled to make its debut in November, but looks like we'll have to wait just a bit longer as it's been pushed back to early 2012.

Leona wrote about the album's delay on her Twitter:

Oh you, lucky Brits!

Even though the UK is currently airing their own version of X Factor, it seems that they will have a double dose of the show as the USA version will air just one day after it premieres in the U.S.

The HUGE tribute concert for Michael Jackson can officially add Christina Aguilera to the list of singers.

The star has finally agreed to give her time to the Wales concert in October.

She joins Cee-Lo Green, Smokey Robinson, Leona Lewis, Craig David, UK boy band JLS, and Alien Ant Farm.
