At least, it does from the way the Hunger Games hunk was behaving last night while promoting the film's sequel, Catching Fire, at the Cannes Film Festival in France!
His finacée, who very well might be debuting her new single tonight at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, has been spotted all over El Lay showing off her engagement ring, but while he was out pAArtying it up a Belvedere Vodka event, eyewitnesses claim that he was not "giving any ladies the time of day!"
