Liam Hemsworth seems to have his hands full after a bout at the gym — and we don't mean with Miley! Ha!

We're not even sure what all he's carrying there — we can pick out his shoes, maybe a small protein drink. The other stuff is a MYSTERY!

Nothing hotter than a mysterious man! Right? LOLz!

The gym certainly does Liam's body good! We hope he keeps it up!

Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus have been going through it lately, but that never stopped the Hunger Games actor from going to the gym to work on his arms!

On Thursday, Hemsworth popped out of a gym in West Hollywood in a tank top, and even though we got a good look at his sizzling biceps, the expression on his face was a bit sad.

Taking into mind that Mileybird just revealed that she's putting music over everything, which obviously means Liam too, we're thinking he was down in the dumps.

Aww man! Guess a wedding is no longer in order.

At least the 23-year-old actor can still pump iron to get his mind off of things!!

If that beard gets any longer, Liam Hemsworth, someone is going to have to start proving to us that all these photos ARE in fact you!

The Hunger Games star and his beard are all prepped and ready to go to get their workout on — and one of the only ways we can tell is that Liam's carrying some workout shoes. Oh, and he's going to a gym. That's too! Ha!

We wonder if his beard and his muscles are somehow linked, you know, like the bigger he gets the longer his beard gets or something. Isn't that how bodies work??

Liam Hemsworth loves hitting the gym in West Hollywood, but it seems like he hates getting spotted.

So when the papz noticed him leaving the fitness center, the Hunger Games actor tried to sneak to his car once he was done keeping his muscles in tact.

The only problem with trying to hide from the photogs… was that Hemsworth was wearing some super bright neon sneakers that everyone could see from a mile away!

Note to Liam: If you wanna hide, maybe next time wear all black. LOLz

Here he is (above) looking like he dug his clothes out from the bottom of the hamper, and we'd still be all over that! LOLz!

We doubt he actually found his clothes there, though — he's just wearing what's comfortable to the gym! We're also glad he's brought a change of shoes, at least, and a little somethin' to stay hydrated!
