Apparently Accidental Racist just wasn't enough for LL Cool J and Brad Paisley!

The two have been the center of criticism and the butt of many jokes because of their previous collaboration, but that didn't stop the two of them from teaming up again on the rapper's latest album, Authentic!

Brad recently spread the word via Twitter, writing:

That Stephen Colbert is always up to no good, and that's why we LOVE him!

Recently, country music star Brad Paisley has been under fire for his controversial collaboration with LL Cool J on Accidental Racist, so naturally the comedian had to throw in his two cents!

After dissecting the lyrics for analysis, Stephen concluded that the tune had done its job by getting people of all races to agree on one thing:

"This song sucks!"

He sure has a way with words!

And the jokes didn't end there, as he decided to

Okay, not really better…but this is better.

Country star Brad Paisley and actor/hip-hop icon LL Cool J recently released a controversial tune called Accidental Racist…

And even though both duet partners have attempted to defend the track on various promotional appearances, it wasn't until they visited the Weekend Update stage during this past weekend's Saturday Night Live that they really got into the MEAT of the song.

Ok obvi that isn't REALLY the song's original crafters, but rather the always AWEsome Jason Sudeikis and Keenan Thompson impersonating the musical duo.

Rapper LL Cool J took more heat than your mama's casserole for Accidental Racist, his new duet with country legend Brad Paisley!

The controversial song asks rural Southern whites to empathize more deeply with urban blacks (and vice-versa), but after its release earlier this week both artists were panned for their involvement!

LL thinks it's a step in the right direction, however.

The phenomenal Phenomenon rapper & Any Given Sunday actor understands their track makes awkward and clumsy metaphors, but that's OK! His goal was to start a dialogue and he believes he succeeded.

Brad Paisley and LL Cool J have been caught in a PR nightmare since the release of their track, Accidental Racist.

And though we’re not entirely surprised the duo have been getting a ton of slack for their confederate-questioning song, they’re nothing but proud of it.

Brad took to Twitter to defend his latest work with the following:

Let's face it, it's extremely difficult for celebs to cross over in another career. We just wish actors would stay actors, athletes would stay athletes and singers would stay singers. Except for you, Justin Timberlake!

Of course there are a few exceptions (*cough cough* Barbra Streisand, Liza Minnelli, LL Cool J) who have successful made the crossover, but then there's Kim Kardashian. Anyone remember her single Jam?? Right.

And she's not the only one who's had a failed music career….
