Lawsuit is off!
Donald Trump is backtracking on a threat against Angelo Carusone and his campaign to get Macy's to fire the real estate mogul as their celebrity spokesman.
Carusone started the 'Dump Trump' campaign because he was furious that Macy's kept him as a spokesperson and still sold his products despite Trump's "consequence-free bullying."
He did apparently receive a cease and desist letter from the big man himself, but Trump is now backtracking on the lawsuit, claiming:
Well that’s not a very good way to encourage sales!
Adam Levine released his new microphone-shaped fragrances for men and women Wednesday night at an El Lay Macy's.
When asked about the scent, the scruffy looking Maroon 5 singer said: "It smells like sh*t."

Despite once tweeting that celeb fragrances should be punishable by death, Adam Levine is moving full steam ahead with his fragrance project.
The Maroon 5 frontman's eponymous scents for men and women are set to launch in Macy's department stores this month, and come packaged in bottles shaped like microphones.

Adam said:

The returning mentors will still be Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie and John Varvatos while Louise Roe plays hostess.
This season, the contestants will be able to launch a multimillion dollar line at Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue and Express, but not H&M like the first season.
NBC hopes the new changes and the move from Tuesday to Friday night will bring in more than the 4.8 million viewers that tuned in last season.
We hope they're right!

Looks like Drizzy don't got the money after all!
Drake was apparently none too pleased to find YOLO merch filling the racks at Macy’s and Walgreens this holiday season.
Why? Because he's not getting paid for it!
Drizzy posted pics of the swag to his Instagram on Christmas, telling both retailers they either gotta "chill or cut the cheque".
Well, he did make the phrase popular, but if he wanted the cash he should have trademarked it!
