Kelis better use her Milkshake royalties to hire herself a damn good lawyer because she is in trouble!

Nas filed a bid yesterday requesting that he not have to pay spousal support to Kelis, who is also the mother of their newborn child.

Back in July, a New York judge ordered Nas to pay Kelis $55,000 a month in both spousal and child support. Now, Nas wants that number decreased to only include funds for his son.

That's cold!

He knows she has no career anymore! Why does he want to hurt his babymomma like that?

Earier this month, pictures of Nas and Kelis popped up that made many people, including us, think the couple had reconciled.

Not true!

It looks like the couple was just playing nice for the camera because Kelis still wants their November 20th divorce hearing to proeed.

Guess Nas will be paying pretty for that kid after all!

Told ya!

As we previously reported, Nas and Kelis are no longer on the outs!

The couple were able to put their money matters aside to attend a gala for Hair Rules with friend Russell Simmons in NYC last night!

We would love to see those two out in the park playing with their baby.

Mostly because we can't fathom Nas interacting with a child - or paying for its survival!

Spotted: Formerly estranged couple Nas and Kelis looking quite chummy at Marquee in NYC on Monday celebrating the rapper's birthday.

They even arrived and left the club together.

Can a baby bring a hater to his knees?!

We guess $$$$$ love conquers all!

Give birth to some babies, make the big bucks. Such is the motto for Kelis, who won big time at her custody hearing Thursday morning against Nas. (They haven't even cleaned up the after birth from popping out their newest baby and their already in court? Damn.)

The judge ruled that Nas is expected to pay $55,000 dollars in combined spousal & child support a month, plus pay the mortgage on their El Lay home.

And now, it officially sucks to be Nas!

We're surprised!

After almost three days of intense labor, Kelis finally gave birth to their son Knight Jones on Wednesday night while simultaneously experiencing an unforeseen miracle: soon-to-be ex Nas showed up!!!

The rapper swaggered into the hospital at 1 am on Tuesday, but was turned away for public intoxication.

He had come from a performance in which Nas told the New York audience that he was hammered off champagne.

Charming!

Although Nas was not in the delivery room at the time of the birth, he remained in the waiting room and did get to see his baby.

We hope this allows the estranged couple some common ground!!!

Those hospital bills aren't gonna pay themselves!

Looks like Kelis won't be making it to her court appearance today to discuss the matter of child support for her child with Nas.

She has a good reason, though. She's punching one out right now!

Yes, as we type, Kelis is bringing a baby milkshake to the yard, making her unable to appear in court. We know Nas isn't by her side, but we're waiting to see if he'll pull a douche move and go to court without her. Then again, what judge in their right mind would listen to this guy talk about his kids when he isn't even present for the birth of one?

Last month, we mentioned how singer Kelis had filed financial records with the court to get support and baby expenses from her estranged hubby, Nas.

Recently, she claims to only be making a bit over $20,000 a month, but spending about $80,000!

Idiot!!!

And, since the soon-to-be babymamma doesn't know how to manage her own money, she wants a lot of Nas' money to spend.

In fact, she claimed the rapper recently made $11 million for his album deal. But, Nas is fighting back and calling her bullshit claims out!

In legal papers filed by Nas, he now claims "I did not receive even half that amount." Nas claims he got closer to $4 million and that he's making less money as time goes by.

At the moment he's only making $147,165 a month. But he spends about $70,000 monthly in bills, such as $10k in personal items like clothing and hair.

As for their baby, Nas says he wants to be "fully involved" and says he's agreed to pay for certain baby items already, like strollers, cribs, and a baby sling.

He also thinks $5,000 a month is a good amount for child support for a newborn. Actually, that baby will be receiving more money monthly than most adults make a month.

Things look like they'll only get dirtier from here!

Of a reality check!!!!!!!!

From November 2008 to to April 2009, her average monthly income was $21,616 - yet her expenses total to $80,831 a month.

Does she know that the economy is in the shitter?!

The reason her income is low is because she hasn't toured in a year and most of her income comes from her concerts.

Kelis says she spends $14,861 on her mortgage. Then $3,500 on her nanny and $15,000 a month on entertainment, gifts and vacations.

If she isn't on tour, why does she need a nanny?!

And, honey, CUT BACK on the entertaining, gifts and vacations.
