Talk about a "Get Well" present!

With his recent health troubles, Mariah Carey thought her hubby Nick Cannon needed a pick me up.

So what better way to lift some spirits than a $300K Ferrari!

Nick was close to full recovery so this is sure to get him to 100% in no time!

Nick Cannon has responded to Chelsea Handler's horrible comments about Mariah Carey and her weight.

As he should, because nobody should brush comments like she made aside -- especially if you're Mariah's husband.

Here's what Chelsea said:

"Anyone who's married to Mariah Carey I'm sure doesn't have a great sense of humor. She's ridiculous. What is her game plan? What kind of person operates like that? She's worse than like Elizabeth Taylor. She's just so ridiculous with her body. You see her one day and she's 50 pounds heavier or light…there's nothing real about her and her Hello Kitty or whatever."

Ugh. So terrible.

Here's what Nick said back:

"I hear @ChelseaHandler is out there talking s**t about my wife again! She's lucky I'm trying to live right now! Jesus my cup runneth over. I think @ChelseaHandler is still bitter that she got blasted on my radio show! It's okay I still love you! When miserable people see happiness they must attack it. You know me, I'm always up for a good joke or wise crack but when people talk about my family the 'Hood' in me wants to come out! I've learned cooler heads prevail. Life is too short to focus on negativity!"

That's the perfect way to respond, Nick!

People struggle with weight every day, especially those who are trying to get healthy. Part of the reason why it's so hard is because people like Chelsea Handler make shitty comments like that. It does nothing for self-esteem, and she should be ashamed!

Mariah, you're beautiful! We said it before and we'll say it again!

Oh no!

We were sure everything had passed by the way he was talking about recovering, but according to a new tweet, Nick Cannon is still worried about his kidneys:

I live my life walking in faith and only believe the report of the Lord, so at times I may down play my kidney condition, but it is serious.

That's no good, and troubling to hear.

We wonder what's actually wrong -- we know that whatever it is is resulting in kidney failure, but there has to be a cause for it, right? Is he in need of a transplant? How worried should WE be??

Especially after he said he was feeling "100% better."

Keep us updated, Nick! We just want you to be healthy again!

Nick Cannon was recently hospitalized for "mild kidney failure", but fortunately, he's pulling through the ordeal just fine.

In fact, while talking to Howard Stern, the America's Got Talent host revealed he's 100%, saying:

“I'm good. I'm feeling 100 percent… Because of this situation I know that I don't need to go so hard. It's more about just my way of living … It's really about taking some time.”

We hope he gets some time too! Nick explained that at first, doctors couldn't properly diagnose his medical condition, telling Stern:

“They thought it was kidney stones, then a kidney infection. They found out my kidneys were not functioning well. So we said 'mild kidney failure.'”

The experience, which we're sure was an uncomfortable one, wasn't all bad. It has actually brought Nick closer to his wife, Mariah Carey, continuing:

“I'm happier than happy. Especially through this entire process, we've become so much closer… I even got a chance to see a different side of my wife where she became so nurturing. I'm in debt to her forever.“

Aww! He's so sweet to Mariah, he deserves a little nurturing every once in a while too. Let's hope their marriage lasts forever so he can continue to pay off that debt.

At least some good has come of this situation!

Last we heard from Nick Cannon, he was recovering at home after suffering from minor kidney failure during the holidays.

Now, Nick's father James Cannon has opened up about his son's condition, and he says it's been having a positive effect on his relationship with wife Mariah Carey:

After experiencing mild kidney failure, Nick Cannon is out of the hospital and back home with Mariah and their kids.

He's still recovering however and, unfortunately, couldn't attend CES 2012 in Las Vegas this week to promote his new N-Ergy in-ear and N-Tune on-ear headphones that are available through audio company Monster.

While he couldn't physically step foot in the Venetian hotel and casino to attend the consumer electronics tradeshow, he was still able to make an appearance. The America's Got Talent host Skyped the event and appeared on a large monitor, saying:

"I wish I could be there with you. They are rebooting my immune system. It's my first day out of the hospital."

What better way to promote innovative technology than using innovative technology? Ha!

It may have been a longer hiatus than any of us would have liked, but Tina Fey's bring her show back with FORCE!

30 Rock returns to our lives this Thursday with a brand new epsiode that is sure to tickle all the funny bones that tune in. However,if we're being honest, we're more excited about an episode coming in a few weeks that has a barage of stars lined-up for guest spots, including Emma Stone, Andy Samberg, and Nick Cannon!

Tina revealed the stellar cast when she teased an upcoming storyline for Jane Krakowski's character, Jenna. Tina explains:

Good! We were worried!

Nick Cannon is back home with Mariah and the twins after having to deal with minor kidney failure while on holiday in Aspen last month. Super scary how that can just happen out of the blue!

But all is well now:

"He is resting and recovering at home and would like to thank everyone who has expressed concern, well wishes and prayers."

Apparently he'll even be back to work next week -- on his radio show at least!

So happy you're okay, Nick! What would radio and tv be without you?? (Which means you should never retire, either!)
